Très joli studio de 35 m² situé dans le centre historique de Rome. Dans une rue calme, où vous pouvez toujours trouver de vieux artisans italiens aux travaux. Sûr et bien connecté avec les sites d'intérêt les plus importants.
Quelques minutes à pied de la Piazza Navona et Campo dei Fiori, à dix minutes à pied du Vatican. Une courte promenade à la zone archéologique et Coloseum.
Famille en cours d'exécution avec des années d'expérience.
2ème étage d'un immeuble ancien élégant et résidentiel, avec plafond en bois décoré, coin cuisine entièrement équipé (mini-réfrigérateur, bouilloire électrique, four micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson électriques), table et chaises, lit double - grand lit -, divan-lit double, tv à écran plat, connexion sans fil. Bien que l'appartement se trouve à un étage élevé (deuxième / troisième des États-Unis avec ascenseur) et donnant sur une petite rue piétonne, les fenêtres sont toutes neuves et équipées de lunettes antibruit.
Salle de bain avec très grande et confortable douche. Sèche-cheveux disponible. Fer et planche à repasser. Climatisation / chauffage. WiFi gratuit et connexion rapide. 4 couchages, mais nous suggérons qu'ils devraient être des amis proches ou de la famille.
Le laudromat est une minute à pied.
Lit bébé est disponible sur demande.

Le Studio NavonaTWO est mitoyen à un second Studio de 35 m², NavonaONE, avec un grand lit double, un canapé-lit simple, une salle de bain avec douche très confortable, coin kitchecn. Ce studio est max pour 3 personnes
Les deux studios peuvent être loués pour 7 personnes.
Le prix est pour un studio à la Residenza Sansoni, s'il vous plaît demander la disponibilité pour 4 personnes, avant de réserver.
Bien relié aux transports en commun.

Le quartier est plein de boutiques de mode italiennes, bar et restaurants typiques italiens. Le quartier est sûr et facilement marcher dans la nuit.
Une minute à pied des supermarchés, épicerie et blanchisserie.

Had a fantastic stay at this VRBO location. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or information we needed. The property was perfectly located in walking distance for the areas of Rome which my wife and I wanted to see and there was lots shopping and restaurants in close proximity. The cost of the property was excellent and we would recomend staying here!

This apartment was perfect! It was very clean and near everything. We were able to walk everywhere and never had to use a public transport. The restaurant next to the building also has delicious food! Olivia was very helpful and gave us many recommendations. This apartment really made our week in Rome a hundred times better. I definitely recommend :)

I highly recommend this accommodation! It is truly in the heart of Rome….convenient to many major attractions and yet quiet and off the main street. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with everything we needed, and the tiny kitchen served our needs perfectly This apartment is spotlessly clean and the neighborhood safe. It is easy to connect with the hostess if necessary.

This place is close to everything and we were able to walk with ease all around Rome. I do however think some upgrades are needed as you can tell it has had a lot of usage. The shower ceramics have a hole, the handle on the cupboard is missing, the curtains are frayed, the mini kitchen needs a few more essentials and they need to all match, the table and counter are worn with usage, the frying pans are warped..it needs some TLC in small areasnbut timportant areas. I have an Air B&B too so I know the effort it takes. The host was friendly, not always instantly accessible but accomodating when we asked her about some missing items, it is small but could be very mighty with some minor, yet important upgrades.

Dyana, I'll take the things you wrote very seriously, especially the frayed curtain, which I honestly didn't notice, and the warped pans. As for the rest, I thought I wrote that we had just painted the apartment but were completing the annual work to address all the small damage tourists leave behind... including the half-tile missing from the outside corner of the shower. Otherwise, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, although I noticed while cleaning that unfortunately some of you had serious intestinal issues. I hope they didn't affect your stay too much. I'll wait for you next time in Rome as we agreed! Thank you Olivia

Fantastic location!

This flat is in a fantastic location. We stayed for a quick 3 day visit to Rome and were able to walk to everything. The communication with host is very clear and accomodating.

Wonderful stay

Olivia’s place was in a great location, clean and mostly quiet. She made us aware that she would be on a trip but her responsiveness was very slow, especially when the entry key broke and we had to rely on her to buzz us in our first day and a half. The water heater had an odd issue where it would only work after you flushed the toilet, but lucky we figured it out!

Andrea, Thank you for finding my apartment the perfet location to discover Rome. I'm sorry that you broke the door key just as you arrived. This can happen because Italian locks open in the opposite direction respect to American ones. I was on a motorcycle trip with my husband in Sicily and - of course- it wasn't easy to open the door for you under these circumstances. Fortunately, the lady who helped me the next morning gave you the key, and everything was fine. Sorry to say that, there's no connection between hot water and the toilet flush... Luckily! In Italy, you have to wait a few minutes for hot water. For us, that's pretty normal. Thanks again for stayng in my apartment

I live with my husband and our daughter in the Roman countryside, raising organic cows and sheep and taking care of our vegetable garden and saffron field. We own a farmhouse for people who like to spend time in the a peaceful and green area close Rome and a very good restaurant where we cook traditional foods with products that come from our fields.
The Residenza Sansoni, is a delightful dwelling in Rome, completely refurbished belonged to a well-known cardinal, hundred years ago. My husbund heritates it from his family and after yers of long rentals, we decide to open our house to turists who likes to loose himself/herself in the ancient Rome atmosphere.
We grew up in Rome, we know the secret and authentic places of this city. We will guide you to discovery it but.... be careful, you will be definitively fascinated!

We spend most our free time traveling around the world! Knowing people and discover countries is the best way to increase your knowledge.

This apartment belongs to my husband family since the first years of 1900.
My husband' grandPa, Nonno Pompeo, bought this property because he felt in love with this ancient area.
We always thank him! It is fantastic to have such a wonderful apartment in the heart of Rome.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Residenza Sansoni is located close to Piazza Navona, Archeological area and Coloseum, in the historic center of Rome, west of the Pantheon. The Piazza Navona area is full of many outdoor cafes, restaurants and night clubs in the neighbourhood .
Piazza Campo Dei Fiori is very close to Residenza Sansoni. This Piazza become a popular spot for people to hang out to admire wonderful Renaissance and Baroque buildings, street artists, musicians and poets.
By day Campo de' Fiori is dominated by a world famous outdoor food market. By late afternoon a large team of street cleaners have removed any trace of the market and it becomes the lazy hangout for those having a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many outdoor bars lining the piazza. In the summer people spill out of the bars into the piazza and it has a party like atmosphere. The area always has a vibrant feel and is home to some of the best restaurants in town.
