La procédure de nettoyage a été récemment mise à jour et l'appartement est nettoyé et désinfecté avec des produits virucides spéciaux à chaque changement d'invités. Contactez moi pour plus de détails.

L'appartement est situé dans un très beaux palais du centre historique de Rome, à quelques pas de la Piazza Navona et à quelques minutes à pied de la plupart des monuments historiques. La position est particulièrement privilégiée et c’est le logement idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer sans effort une grande ville comme Rome.

L'appartement, très silencieux, vient d'être renouvelé élégamment et décoré avec des meubles qui ont toujours été de ma famille. Il se compose, au rez-de-chaussée, d’un salon avec un canapé-lit pour deux, une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains avec douche. A l'étage supérieur, auquel on accède par un escalier, se trouvent un lit double, un lit à une place et une autre salle de bains. Il est équipé de climatisation, chauffage, téléphone, Wi-Fi, TV LED, machine à laver, table et fer à repasser.

Le plafond, avec les voûtes « à voile » qui partent des chapiteaux sculptés à la main, donnent à cet appartement, le charme des anciennes demeures aristocratiques et leur élégance raffinée.

La porte-fenêtre d'entrée et la fenêtre de l'étage supérieur donnent sur la magnifique cour d'entrée, d'autres petites fenêtres sur des cours intérieures.

Les arrêts des autobus sont à quelques mètres, avec des liens directs pour la gare de Termini, Piazza Venezia, le Capitole, Place Saint-Pierre, le Colisée, le Forum, la fontaine de Trevi et la Place d’ Espagne.

Tout prêt de l'appartement, il y a beaucoup de restaurants, supermarchés, magasins de mode, pharmacies, banques, guichets automatiques, kiosques d'information touristique et le fascinant marché en plein air de Campo de’ Fiori. La position vous permettra de profiter pleinement de la vie nocturne de la capitale grâce aux nombreux pubs et restaurants qui se trouvent dans l'entrelacement de charmantes ruelles autour du bâtiment.

The Host, Andrea was welcoming. The apartment is spacious & clean, within a safe courtyard. The facilities are very comprehensive, with washing machine & drying rack. Many cafes, restaurants, wine and other shops very close by. The location is very central to most major tourist attractions. Overall, it was a perfect apartment for our 6 night stay.

A wonderful location in the heart of Rome. Andrea worked with us all the way through and made sure if I had any questions or needed help he or Diego were available. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The restaurants in the area are to many, we couldn't eat at them all!! But the most important part was we both felt very safe here and in the neighborhood. Was our first visit to Rome and our charming little Flat made it perfect.

The location was excellent! Andrea was a great host and helped with transportation to the apartment from the airport. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The apartment has steps and getting to the second bathroom could be challenging for some. This was our second trip to Rome. This location can’t be beat. And don’t miss the pizza place at the end of the street. Andrea was right on target with his recommendation!

Andrea’s Charming Novona Flat is everything it says on the tin! The space is absolutely charming (with the quirkiest second bathroom you d ever seen!). The building I. Which it’s located is lovely. The location is absolutely perfect!!! We were walking distance to so much: historic sites, great restaurants, Piazza Navona and the best gelato in Italy! It really made us appreciate Rome. Not only is the flat absolutely charming, but so is its owner. We rent a lot of VRBOs, and have never had such a great host. From his exceptional “guidebook” to his personal greeting and fabulous recommendations he was the perfect host. When in Rome, you’d do very well to stay here!

Hello, My name is Andrea. I am the owner of the apartment. I live in Rome and I have a family with 2 children. I love to share my knowledge of the area and its wonderful archaeological sites and restaurants. I strive to make every guest's stay comfortable and memorable.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I really like the area. This is the only place where you can really feel the atmosphere of ancient Rome civilization, the beauty of the monuments, squares, fountains and palaces.
The neighborhood also offers a range of fashionable shops and characteristic eating places, (trattorie, pizzerie, wine bars….) where typical Roman cuisine can be enjoyed. Nearby there are also pharmacies, art galleries, antique shops, book-stores, phone centres, banks with ATM machines, travel agencies, post offices, tourist information points. Supermarkets, groceries & bakeries are just around the corner and a fascinating open air fresh food market is held every morning in the medieval Campo de’Fiori square a few steps away from the apartment.
The apartment is also well connected to all areas of Rome by public transportation (bus stops and taxi stands are easily accessible). The bus stop is near the corner of the building with direct links to Termini railway station, San Pietro, Coliseum, Campidoglio, Quirinale and so on..

The peace and quietness - even though you are in the middle of the oldest part of Rome. Everything is within walking distance - no need for a car and you can explore the beauty of the city mostly on foot. Within walking distance, there are many historical monuments such as Piazza Navona, St. Peter's Basilica, the Pantheon, the Coliseum with the Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. In addition, a few steps you can lose yourself in the narrow streets of Trastevere or there may be fascinated by the open-air market in Campo dei Fiori. You can also enjoy shopping in many boutique or spend pleasant evenings in the many restaurants or pubs in the historic center.
