Savor your favorite beverage on the patio while relishing sunset vistas from this elevated retreat. The private fenced xeriscape backyard is ideal for your furry companion and guests alike. Close to a plethora of valley-favorite restaurants, this stylish casita is the perfect base for experiencing the splendor of Colorado's Grand Junction.

Greeted by glass French doors as soon as you enter the home, you are immediately astounded by the charming stylish design. To your right is a spacious kitchen with a state-of-the-art refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher, many kitchen amenities, and a stacked full washer and dryer. To your left, is a contemporary designed living space with a smart TV, gas fireplace, and additional French doors that lead out to an endearing patio area. This patio is equipped with a picnic table and grill for your outside enjoyment. As you continue through the home, you will find two commodious bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has a comfy king bed and spacious closet. The bedroom to the right has a cushy spacious king bed, access to the full bathroom and a French door entrance out into the fenced backyard. This home feels like resort level living in the middle of the city! Even your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch their legs!

An oasis during a hospital stay

Those who know the mountain west know that grand junction has the only major hospital between Denver and salt lake, so patients come from hours away. This casita is 5' from the hospital, so private, comfortable and clean. It was perfect for me as I went back and forth to the hospital where my husband had surgery. Owners were very responsive. Lovely stay during a difficult time.

Great location, but pets off furniture

Everything was great about this place, great kitchen, comfortable bed. Only complaint is that the arrival book asks for pets to stay off furniture, which is not on the online posting information. Managers very responsive with questions once there (I flipped kitchen circuit). Overall great place, and likely to book again!

Comfortable, and convenient.

The location is close to the hospital, which is why we were in Grand Junction (the birth of a grand baby) The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. My only suggestion/recommendation, is To either provide, or suggest that people bring sleep masks. One of the bedrooms have skylights and sleeping past 6:00 was a challenge. But, yes, we wood stay here again. 😊

Great place

Perfect location for us, near family and plenty of hiking and site seeing. We had a blast going to the Colorado National Monument, hiking to see wild horses, petroglyphs, etc. Close to the airport, groceries, and restaurants as well. The place was very clean and well stocked with every day items to make it comfortable. Easy to get in and out of, and good responses from the management when we sent questions. Would stay here again.
