Magnificent Stay

The place was very clean, very comfortable and decorated so cute! Gave us the perfect stay! Plus we loved how close we were to the beach and private pier, with lots of close places to eat!

Perfect March Getaway!

So when we were planning our trip to IOP, we read every review for every 1 bedroom condo listed in Expedia. We chose this one because all the reviews were good. And we were not disappointed. Everything was just as advertised. The management company called us twice before arrival to tell us condo was ready and make sure we had instructions to get in. They answered our emails promptly about codes. The condo was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of ocean and pool Well maintained grounds. Close to eating and shopping areas. Would definitely stay again.

This rental is in a great location with easy access to the beach and pool. The condo is clean and is an easy 30 minute drive into downtown Charleston.

Room needs updating, multiple outlets/ switches falling out of wall. Hole in wall behind tv in bedroom. Tv in bedroom doesn’t work. It will turn on but can’t get into any apps or live tv to watch. Room smells musty, AC vent totally rusted. Door to bathroom would get stuck to open. BIGGEST ISSUE, a blood pressure pill was found in the sheets of the top bunk bed. My 4 year old was going to sleep there but thankfully didn’t. She did play in that bed. We found when packing. Neither me or my wife take blood pressure pills, Used chat Gpt to find out what it was. Wouldn’t ever stay at this unit again. Overall complex is nice.

Visiting College of Charleston

Beautiful!

The place was very cozy. Enough room for me and my parents. Loved the ocean view and patio. So close to restaurants and a few shops. Easy to walk along the beach and enjoy the atmosphere! I would definitely stay again.

CONVENIENCE! I The condo was as expected for a beachside stay. The location is on point! To anyone that has kiddos or in the area for travel ball....access to the pier, pool and laundry mat afterwards, you cant beat this! Go to the beach, wash off at the shower stations right at the pool and in the pool you go to finish the day! It is also walking distance to a few restaurants and shops. Less than 3 minutes to a grocery store and just a perfect stay all the way around. Condo had a crockpot and could slow cook while at the ballpark. Came back to a finished dinner so we had plenty of time to do other things. Kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils, Outside porch is cramped but you can be creative and move some furniture around to make it work. You can use the laundry as a "guest" and simply swipe your card. No need to download anything. The pool area has some toys and noodles for kids. They are there each day cleaning the pool before it opens so that was nice. It was a quiet stay. No partying. Everyone seemed to be well mannered in the area.

Quick get away for just me. Great location Great view of ocean. Very clean condo! Walkable to all I needed without a car! I would suggest the rental includes two small beach chairs. Can store easily and items you can’t fly with!
