The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Located on private property, this suite is below the owner's family. Hot tub available upon request.

This unit is next door to The Block, which is home to After Hours Cocktail Bar, and a rotating pop-up restaurant schedule, as well as the Fort Morgan Hatchet House.

Alvin's home is perfect for a hideaway. Quiet, cool and spacious. The beds were soft and comfortable. Group gathering in the kitchen with all the amenities!

Brand new 3 bedroom basement suite. Great open layout with living and kitchen combined, big master suite. Good light even though your below ground and under the main house. Has a big Backyard and hot tub - we didn’t use due to time spent at Brush for family reunion. Great hosts, will stay again when in the area.

This is a great property!! Very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was even outfitted better than my kitchen at home. The property lacked nothing and the hosts were great. Despite being in a basement there is plenty of natural light that comes in through the window wells. My friends and I were super pleased with our stay and will not hesitate to stay there in the future.

Absolutely Would Recommend

We needed a space for a couple of our employees to stay for a couple months while working on a nearby site. The owner of the property was absolutely amazing. So sweet and genuine. She made sure everything was great and made things very easy for check-in and check-out. This place was perfect and very put together. I would highly recommend.

Our stay was incredible. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner had everything available and stocked. From cooking appliances, washer and dryer to coffee and water. She even left some snacks for us. It really was like a home away from home. I can't possibly say enough about how great it was. We will be back for certain.
