Guests have access to the entire guest suite, including a private entrance and parking. Guests are welcome to use the full-length patio just outside the front door.

Just 9 minutes from SOZO Sports Complex, 16 minutes to downtown Yakima, 16 minutes from Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital, 19 minutes from the SunDome and State Fair Park, and 18 minutes from Highway 82, a stay at our suite is perfect when you're here for a purpose, but also desire an escape.

Spacious, with amazing views

The suite was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds and the view was spectacular. The hosts were so friendly, accommodating, and very communicative! It is up on the hill (hence the view), yet also very close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is so awesome! I would recommend it to everyone. It was on the outskirts of Yakima with the best views ever. Super clean home and wonderful host. Everything you could want and more!

If you’re looking to check out Yakima and the valley, this is one heck of a place to stay. First, You get a bird’s eye view of Yakima itself from the VRBO. Second, the VRBO is clean, comfy, and boasts a full pool table! Lastly, the host, Carrie, was so kind and responsive. When my plans changed and I needed to check out earlier than planned, she quickly got me a refund. If I’m ever back in Yakima, I’ll surely be staying here again :)

We go to Yakima quite often and always get a nice motel. This was a wonderful change. The accommodations were very enjoyable, and the view was perfect. We would highly recommend the home. Just don't book it when I go next time. :):)
