The space
A peaceful retreat for extended families or multiple families. Here you can enjoy hiking, swimming and fishing at the nearby lakes and in the winter enjoy Coppervale Ski Hill a 15 minute drive away.

This house offers plenty of room with 5 bedrooms. There are enough beds to sleep 12 people. There are also two mattresses under the bunk bed that you can pull out and use.
*Downstairs Master bedroom-King Bed
*Downstairs bedroom- Queen Bed
*Upstairs Master bedroom-King bed, one side the head and feet raise and a bunk bed.
*Upstairs bedroom-Full Bed
*Upstairs kids bedroom- Trundle bed that has two twin mattresses.

Washer, Dryer and detergent for your use.

Enjoy coffee or a great family breakfast on the two decks in the back of the house. Surrounded by beautiful trees. You might see squirrels, deer and lots of birds.

We have a coffee bar featuring, Regular coffee, decaf coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugar packets, and creamers.

The house is on 2.5 acres giving you plenty of room for children to run and play.

Home has a big kitchen with most appliances you need for cooking. Just bring the food you want.

Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body you are welcome to use.

The deck has a fire pit and a BBQ. there may be propane left in the tank if not go to town and have it filled for your stay.. Bring Charcoa, lighter fluid and a lighterl for the BBQ.

Every bedroom has a TV and Roku where you can watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Peacock and Amazon Prime. We do not have any other TV service.

DISCLAIMER: in the summer it is hot in the house. we have air conditioners in three of the five rooms and a big swamp cooler in the kitchen. we are looking into getting an air conditioner for the whole house.

Guest access
Enjoy using the whole house and a garage. There may be a few closets/cabinets that are locked for owner use only.
Other things to note
We are so excited to have you at our place and hope you have an absolute blast. While you are here we provide lots of things but if you run out you will need to go to town and get what you need. if it is a short stay you probably won't run out of anything. if there are extra supplies please only use what you need and do not take extra home.
