Southern Charm in “The Bend” at Carlton Landing

We invite you to visit our home—Southern Charm-in the desired area known as The Bend. With a screened porch, open deck, open patio, communal fire pit and communal dining area the outside is calling. Ready to come inside? Relax in our beautifully appointed home with everything you need for your special time together. The high end finishes will make you feel right at home.

The front door welcomes you into the screened porch area with comfy chairs, an adorable bed swing and ceiling fan for your comfort. Continue inside to find our favorite place to hang with family and friends. The open concept floor plan features the beautiful well appointed kitchen, open dining area, large designer living area, a half bath, mud room space and utility space.

As you start up the stairs you will love the sitting area where you can relax and look out over the property. Continue upstairs and enter the large beautifully appointed primary bedroom with extensive storage and a spa like En Suite. Also located upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a sleeping loft for your family to enjoy. The first features a super comfy queen bed with ceiling fan, smart tv, ample storage and access to the adorable shared Jack and Jill bathroom. The next room is SO FUN! With a built in bunk bed you can enjoy the full size bed on the bottom or the twin up top! It also features a designer ceiling fan, large closet and access to the shared bathroom. There is a ladder leading up to a sleeping loft with two twin beds that might be perfect for a kiddo space and requires parental supervision. Before heading downstairs step out the upper floor exterior door and take in the view. This open air deck is one of our favorite spots. Lounge in the chairs, relax and just breathe! It’s amazing!

There are two closets locked off for our personal items but you will find everything you need to enjoy your time together.

There is a small parking spot outside the back door and additional spots designated for “The Bend”’ very close with direct access to the fire pit/outdoor dining common area.

You can easily walk (or rent/bring a cart) to the neighborhood pools, marina, pop up shops, food trucks, parks, concert/event area, church, bocce ball court and beach areas to enjoy everything that this amazing community has to offer. Chances are you will run into someone you already know or even make new amazing friends. Carlton Landing is all about community.

We want you to enjoy every moment of your time in our home but ask you to remember that it is just that—our home. Our neighbors and friends desire to quietly enjoy their homes and we ask you to be respectful of them. Please follow the guidelines provided and upon departure, leave it as you found it. If there are any issues please text Scott immediately so that they can be addressed together. We personally love a clean home. As such, we remind you that no animals or smoking, vaping are allowed anywhere on the property. No exceptions. Events are not allowed and the home is ideally set up for a family outing with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

For your safety and protection (and ours) we have an alarm system with security cameras set up on the exterior of the property but none on the interior.
