We had a great time. House met expectations of the listing. Beautiful property. The refrigerator and WiFi not working though.

Great Experience

This is a lovely property very close to A&M Campus. The house was spacious and perfect for our son's graduation get together with family and friends. Plenty of room inside for all to stay and the outside was absolutely beautiful. HUGE stunning backyard with plenty of seating and room to play cornhole, catch and all outside activities. Plenty of parking in the front and side, which was a BIG plus for our group. The host was very responsive to all needs and questions we had. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in the Bryan/College Station area.

Linens & Things

I was surprised at aqll the personal items in the closets and drawers. The towels and bed linens need to be replaced. Two extra pillows did not have pillow cases and we needed them. My grand daughters refused to stay upstairs due to the bed linens, personal items, and decor.

Hi Bill, Thank you for the feedback. I'm not sure I understand the problem with the linens and the towels, as most of them are brand new. It is our personal home, so it should be expected that there would be some decor and personal items in the closets. I wish you had messaged me about the pillows as we have plenty of extra pillow cases in the linen closets. I will be sure to set those out in the future for easier access. Lesley

Warm home, but needs tweaking as a rental

Loved the back yard. We spent almost all our time out there. We had a mix of family in town for the Alabama game so it was nice to keep folks outside. Parking was also definitely a plus. I’m personally not a fan of staying in someone’s full time home but the property was not misrepresented at all. Biggest advice would be to step things up in the cleaning department. I would go up on the cleaning fee and have a professional come through before your guests arrive. I felt like it was tidy but not freshly cleaned as we are used to when we travel. The fridge, however, I definitely have complaints about. It was not pleasant to borrow for the weekend and find it as dirty as it was.
