For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

The place is absolutely great. Right on the beach in Narragansett, RI — close to everything and just far enough away from everything to make it really private and special. The beach views/ access are fabulous! Couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

An absolutely beautiful condo. It is rented by a real estate company so the process of booking is slightly different if you use VRBO exclusively. Truly a perfect place to spend a beach holiday. Its location to everything is fabulous. The Black point walk is across the street so wonderful. Cannot wait to return.
