This home has so much character, and is absolutely beautiful inside with the original woodwork. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the house; everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen was available, and spending time in the home was so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. We loved it.

Feels like Home

Markese is such an amazing host and very responsive. He really made his rental feel like a home away from home. The location is perfect, there are a lot of places to shop at and close to many places to eat as well. The neighbors were extremely friendly as well. If we happened to ever be in the area again we will definitely be booking this location without a doubt. We will also be recommending it to anyone who goes to Davenport.

The house is wonderful. It is centrally located. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to everything we enjoyed this day. The house is really nice inside. We had a problem and the owner was very responsive and very nice. He took care of everything. He was a very good host

Clean and conveniently located property

A friend and I came into Davenport to photograph eagles on/near the Mississippi River. This location was central to everywhere we wanted to go. Upon arrival, the property was clean and well kept. We stayed for 5 nights, and cooked meals in the house 4 of those days. The kitchen was well equipped with Ninja pans, air fryer, keurig coffee maker, blender, etc. The beds were very comfortable for our stay as well. When we had questions, the host was easy to reach for answers. The only thing I would add to the listing in case a potential renter has mobility issues is that both bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. This might be a problem for someone with a knee/hip issue. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Davenport.

I have made the house a smart house for convenience and increased pleasure with Alexa, smart tv's, smart lights, smart lock for keyless entry, smart thermostat and security cameras for peace of mind. Dollar store, Mexican restaurant and gas stations all within very short walking distance(1-3 minutes).
