This condo was great for our stay in Branson! The location was very convenient for a quick trip to the convention center for our group’s event, plus it was just a few minutes from the grocery store and all of the activities of the strip. It had a great view of the golf course - right on the 13th hole - beautiful! We loved the 4 season room for games and the sectional was perfect for some TV time! It’s a good thing we ate out most meals - cooking basics were there, but not a ton. If you drink wine get screw off tops or bring your own opener. We were happy there was a keurig & a coffee pot since we drink a lot of coffee, but the mugs were tiny so that was a little rough…The beds are all platforms with thinner mattresses and metal frame beds that weren’t the most comfortable for me, but they were acceptable.Adults only groups - there are two king suites, but beware - the upper suite has no door and sound travels…Overall this is a nice condo that works well for families!

Great stay right off the strip!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time at this condo. The property was centrally located and views of the 13th hole were great! I've stayed at more locations in Branson than I can count and this is in the top 3. If I had one complaint it was that the beds were squeaky, lol. But other than that this place is excellent. It still gets a 5 out of 5 stars!!!!

A couple of issues regarding entrance to pool and a leaking window during a hard rain storm, but Emil was very available and took care of them immediately. The only other issue was the twin beds squeaked, which disturbed the sleep of the boys in that room. A minor issue.

We traveled as a group of 7, 4 adults and three kids (one under two) and had a great stay. I had only two very minor complaints - the floor was pretty dirty, but this seems to happen a lot at vrbo we stay at. And 2 the curtains/shades in the main floor primary bedroom were light filtering and not blackout. It’s a big window/door so there wasn’t really another way to block out the sun in the mornings. Other than that, it was a great stay!
