This beautiful MidCentury Modern Designer home has already had 120+ great reviews on the “other" site with an average rating of 4.98, but this property is new to VRBO. Act fast!

The main floor of this A-frame has a modern kitchen, huge living/dining area with high ceilings, two bedrooms with queen beds (one small) and a full bath. Spiral up the staircase to the master bedroom (3 bedrooms total) with king bed and full bath, or spiral downstairs to the stylish basement on the bottom floor for the washer/dryer, ironing station and storage. The patio and entry are zen gardens with a water/fire pit, Japanese Maples, and teak seating.

The upstairs master bed is one of the nicest you will ever sleep in - a Talalay Latex California King, and the Master Bedroom also has a huge walk-in closet. Downstairs, there is one large bedroom with a closet, and there is also a small bedroom with another lovely queen bed, but no closet. Both of the downstairs queen beds are brand new memory foam mattresses and ALL beds have wonderful bamboo linens and high end super soft comforters. We also have a queen airbed stored in the basement for two additional guests that you could setup wherever would work for you if you needed to provide beds for up to 8 people. The airbed will not be set up ahead of time, so if you need it, you will need to set it up as you like. We will have sheets, pillows, and a blanket available for the airbed as well.

The home has wicked fast wireless internet throughout with speeds that average over 300mpbs download and 30mpbs upload.

With a combination of LED candles, landscape lighting, and a full-spectrum Hue wireless color lighting system through the home, this place really "shines" at night.

Please also note that one of the nicest things about this home is how open it is. There are huge windows in the main room and the light pours in in the afternoon. The windows throughout the home do not have shades on them and most people love this aspect of the house, but if you need the feeling of lots of privacy in the living room specifically, this house doesn't offer that. Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom and bathroom. There is no door to the bedroom upstairs as it is kind of like a quasi-loft where the bedroom is open to the rest of the house, but there is still a full second floor with a master bathroom that, of course, has doors and a lovely standing shower. I have always felt quite private upstairs as the neighbors are far enough away to feel private. I have never had any privacy issues with my own guests who have visited, but If privacy is a chief concern for you please know that it lacks a door or blinds. Access is available up the spiral staircase.

Grill
There is a hardwood charcoal grill just outside the house that you are welcome to use. Please keep it on the grass where it is located if you would like to grill something.

GUEST ACCESS:
Self check-in is easy with a keypad on the front door. Most likely, we will not be available to greet you but check-in is very straight forward with a door code.

TO NOTE:
Please note that since we are often away, we have cameras at the house for security. One is aimed at each of the doors, and one is pointed outside toward the driveway. The one in the living room (pointed toward the front door) is the only one that can see any part of the inside of the house. You are welcome to turn it around or unplug it while you are there for privacy. We only ask that you plug it back in and aim it back as it was when you leave the house. This helps the security team keeps an eye on the outside door and the carport area with vehicles.
