Welcome to our cozy Rose Park home, a 1940s Craftsman with hand-textured walls, soft archways, and timeless charm. It features two bedrooms, both with new queen mattresses, a comfortable living room with a sectional and smart TV, plus a bonus sitting area leading to the full kitchen.

Step outside to a spacious, fully fenced backyard—perfect for pets—nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood. You’ll be within walking distance or a quick Uber to downtown Missoula, the University of Montana, and the vibrant “Hip Strip.” Explore Bonner and Caras Parks, the Saturday Market, local bars and restaurants, or take a short drive to Splash Montana, Southgate Mall, and Pattee Canyon’s hiking trails.

Need more space? Check out our listing for Rose Park Bungalow PLUS, which includes a basement apartment with an extra bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom, and sleeper sofa to accommodate four additional guests.

Pet Policy: We love hosting dogs! A $75 pet fee per stay covers extra cleaning to keep the space fresh for all guests. Owners must pick up after their pets. Max two dogs per stay.

Great stay! Everything was very nice. My only complaint is there’s no air conditioning and it got pretty warm inside. Every thing else was perfect.

Lovely spot

Here for an unexpectedly long stay while a family member was in hospital. The location was ideal with a lovely fenced yard for my dog. The host was so kind and accommodating during this stressful time and I highly recommend staying here!

Came in for a Griz game, location is not quite walking distance to Washington Grizzly Stadium but easy Uber ride over.

A wedding trip

We were in town for a week to attend a wedding and this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as it was listed and met all of our needs for our extended stay. Would recommend and would stay there again!

My dog and I stayed here for a little rest and relaxation while visiting my sons at the University for a week. Erin is an amazing host....checked in, made us feel welcome, and had everything we needed! The neighborhood felt safe and I could walk the dog in different routes everyday.

Missoula quick weekend

Down to visit our daughter attending UM. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and the decorating was extremely well done. The house is in great shape, very easy to stay here, Erin's a pro, we will be back. Go Griz!!

This bungalow was perfect for our needs. Comfortable to sleep 4. The property manager thought of everything in the adorable space. Very communicative and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything during our stay. Cozy and a quiet neighborhood.

Cozy, quiet spot with a gracious host!

Our family traveled to Missoula for a soccer tournament and thought this place was great! We arrived after a long drive to find to cookies and fresh eggs in the kitchen for us. Erin was responsive to our requests and we loved the large fenced backyard…perfect for our two dogs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Check out was a breeze. Great location as well. We would definitely stay here again!

great location for us!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The host family is very artistic and there were many personal touches in the house.The location was central for all of our activities and easy to find.The fenced backyard was great for our dogs. And close to hikes near Missoula where they could run. There was a small mixup in our check in but the host responded immediately and everything was easily handled. The host is very responsive.

1st vrbo experience

We couldn't be happier! It was so nice to have a home to come back to each night after sight-seeing and experiencing Missoula and the surrounding areas. Our host was very accommodating with everything from extra toothbrushes (and other items in case we forgot them) to a fresh loaf of cinnamon bread from a local bakery. We used to live in northern California and there was a Great Harvest bakery there. Thirteen years ago, we moved to Virginia where there are none. What a wonderful surprise! The home is on a corner in a very quiet neighborhood. Deer greeted us when we opened the door most mornings. The home was perfect as a central location for our day trips. We had such an amazing first vrbo experience! Thank you!

cozy and convenient

I had a wonderful stay at the house while visiting family in-town. I’m a former long-time Missoula resident. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to all areas of the city.The thoughtful hosts have included many amentities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and condiments. There is a variety of toiletries in the bathroom. The bedding is very comfortable. There are books, games, and printed information about the area. The hosts even provide a bed, dish, and toys for your pup. The house is more roomy than it appears in photos. The bedrooms are separate from the living area and kitchen. The decor is artful and interesting. The spacious fenced backyard was great for my dog and would be a nice place to hang out on warm evenings.Erin replied promptly to every text and was positive, helpful and kind. Highly recommend.
