Welcome to Full House! This NEW 4BR/4BA luxury cabin is located on 1.5 acres and offers high-end comfort in a beautiful rustic setting. Nestled among the towering pines, this private retreat offers outstanding wooded views and is located within minutes of the lake and all the best restaurants and activities that Hochatown has to offer.

Full House has one of the best open floor plans in Hochatown! This unique one-level cabin has 3 king suites and a bunkroom with 2 queen beds and 2 twin-XL beds to comfortably sleep 12 people. The large open-concept floor plan includes high-end interior finishes throughout and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer spectacular forest views.

As you enter the cabin the great room boasts expansive vaulted ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows. The large open great room features a stone gas fireplace, two oversized leather sofas and two comfy chairs to lounge on while watching the 75-inch smart TV or enjoying the fireplace. The great room also includes a pool table and a large dining table with seating for 8.

The great room also features a gourmet kitchen, complete with high-end GE Cafe' appliances including a gas stove, quartz countertops and a large island with additional seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked with the essential cookware to make your favorite meals.

Each of the 4 bedrooms include a dresser, closet, and a 55" Samsung smart TV. Each bed features a high-end luxury mattress with fine linens and pillows to ensure the utmost comfort. Bedrooms also have a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and a vanity with plenty of counter space. (One bedroom includes a bathtub with a glass door).

Relax and enjoy the views on the 1000 square foot spacious covered back deck. This outside living area offers a lounge area around the outdoor stone fireplace with a 55" Samsung smart TV. The deck also features a large dining table with seating for 8 and a covered grill. At the other end of the deck, you will find a hot tub with space for 7.

Take a step down from the deck and enjoy the large outdoor area that includes corn hole, a horseshoe pit, and a fire pit surrounded by string lights and 8 Adirondack chairs.

Full House has a large front circle drive with plenty of parking and easy boat trailer access.

The cabin is located within a few minutes of almost every restaurant and the lake (depending on seasonal traffic!) right in the heart of Hochatown.

Notes/Rules:
NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING or vaping allowed inside the cabin or on covered patios/porches.
NO PARTIES or large events allowed. Maximum over night guests is 12.
No burning of any candles.
Must be 25 to rent and the person making the reservation must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
We have provided 8 outdoor blankets that are located on the back deck of the house. These blankets are for outside use only - please do not take inside. DO NOT take indoor blankets/throws outside.
We have 8 Adirondack chairs around the fire pit - If you think you will need more seating, please bring additional folding chairs. DO NOT move patio furniture off the deck and DO NOT move any inside furniture.
We do require a $500 security deposit hold that will be held 2 days prior to your stay and released 5 days after your departure pending no damage or missing items.
Weekends, peak season and spring break require a 3-night minimum. Holidays require a 4-night minimum. 2-night stays may be available during weekdays and off-peak times.
To protect the property, we have installed exterior facing cameras at each entry that have no view of the inside or hot tub area.
We have fast internet that extends throughout the cabin and back deck, but keep in mind that Broken Bow / Hochatown is a rural area and internet outages can occasionally occur.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, trash bags, and laundry detergent will be provided.
Full House has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, towels, and linens.
The hot tub is drained and sanitized after every check-out.
Please note that this is a forested area and there are times with the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
Violation of the house rules may result in being asked to leave the property.
