Location-wise, you can't beat Las Palmas. This beautiful neighborhood in Playas del Coco is known for its lush greenery, stunning ocean views, and peaceful atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool or explore the local area, this condo is the perfect home base for your Costa Rican vacation.

Guests can access the shared pool area and the common laundry. Laundry is located right across from the unit and costs 2$ for washing and 2$ for drying.

⚠️ Warning!
We have just received notice that the pool will require maintenance. Therefore, it will be emptied starting October 1st for tile replacement, deep cleaning, and other necessary repairs.

The work is expected to last 4–6 weeks. Please note that there is a possibility the maintenance may take longer.

All existing bookings prior to this date have already been notified.

For all bookings made after this date, it will be assumed that guests are aware of and accept that the pool may be closed during their stay.

If you do not read this notice before booking, we will do our best to accommodate a request to move you; however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible.

The unit is equipped with a Smart TV with Prime video, a modern kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, toaster and coffee maker, a comfortable couch, a dining area suitable for four.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
