Nice host. Cozy property in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of options within 20mins for things to do and restaurants to choose from.

House was everything we expected it to be. Quiet neighborhood, fenced in backyard with a tv, our family enjoyed the stay.

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so happy to hear the home met all your expectations — a quiet neighborhood, a cozy backyard with TV, and great family time. That's exactly the experience we aim to provide! We'd love to have your family stay with us again. Thank you for choosing our home!
The floors were covered in dogs hair and the bathroom had a poor cleaning job.

Thank you for your feedback, and we are truly sorry that your stay fell short of our standards. The cleanliness issues you described — pet hair on the floors and an inadequately cleaned bathroom — are completely unacceptable, and we take full responsibility. We have addressed this directly with our cleaning team and implemented a more thorough inspection checklist to ensure this never happens again. Future guests can rest assured that our home is held to a high standard of cleanliness. We sincerely hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to make it right.
We were looking for a house close to cooks hospital. It was the perfect size for my family. The beds were really firm but bought a topper at Walmart and it was fine after that lol other than that, no complaints! Nice neighborhood. Would book again
Loved the area, it was easy to get to the Stockyards and Zoo. Most everything was provided, has a fenced in backyard and the neighborhood was quiet. The only issue was the beds were too firm for me but I loved that they are king size. I would stay again.
The house was clean and in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. The back yard is nice with a grill and put for tv. There are a lot of bugs but that's everywhere in Fort Worth. Will definately stay here again.
If you need to travel with your entire family to Texas this house is a great option because the owner is super nice also the house is great with great space for everyone, excellent price and easy access. Also if you go for business is the same thing because the neighborhood is nice no one bother you and you can work with peace. Thank you for everything and super recommended
My family and I stayed here to visit peppa pig world. I read the reviews and expected to hate the super firm beds but I actually slept great in them. I liked that the master bedroom is set off to the back of the house. My only complaint is that the dishwasher was broken and we weren’t informed of that prior to visiting. It stinks having to do dishes after being at a theme park all day. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again the next time we visit.
The house was beautiful and clean and had a great backyard! The owners were very sweet, attentive and answered all my ridiculous questions! I also had the opportunity to meet the neighbor who seemed very sweet as well. Great neighborhood. My only complaint was that the beds are quite firm and hurt my whole body and the blankets were too thin for my personal preference. Overall I wouldnt mind staying there again
We aren’t happy with the house. The pictures are very deceiving. The floors have soft spots that give as you walk. The furniture is not the same furniture that was pictured. The couch in the living room and the outdoor furniture have holes. The house is not clean in general. There are cobwebs throughout the house and layers of dust on the ceiling fans. The smoke detector is literally hanging from the ceiling.
Overall, we were pretty happy. The owners were very accessible with communication. With 2 adults and 4 kids, we were comfortable. The overall cleanliness was good. The couch in the pictures wasn't the same couch that was there so we couldn't all just be on the couch like I thought we would be. There were lots of little ports to charge electronics, which was great. It would have been nice if the dishwasher worked but it wasn't a big inconvenience. It was centrally located well to get places and the neighborhood was decent so I didn't feel unsafe with my family there. The check-in/check-out process was very simple. We would definitely stay there again.
It was a good experience the rooms are a very nice size the inside is lovely ! The beds are hard tho !! And there were a few bugs and spiders . But other than that it was a 10/10 . Also having 1 restroom is a lot of you having more than 3 guest

I'm glad you enjoyed the room sizes. Our beds we selected for this property are more firm than memory foam. We've had complaints in the past the beds were too soft.
We live in the Dallas area but had our daughter's graduation party in Fort Worth. We secured this home to ensure no one drove home drunk. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home was very comfortable for the seven of us. The heating worked great, there was a TV in each room, and complimentary coffee and sugar were provided. The towels and linens were clean. We would use this home again if we had similar engagements. Thank you to the host. Communication with the host was also excellent.
Quiet older home in nice residential neighborhood. Close to amenities and downtown Fort Worth. Very clean and nice little backyard area for hanging out. Internet went out while I was there and owner was very responsive and prompt to get it resolved. It was completely outside of anyone’s control, someone hit the internet line in the road and broke the cable.

It was nice
The location is great for getting around town. But not so great to look at. The neighbors across the way are loud and park all in front of the home. The house was clean for the most part. But could use some touch ups under the rugs and sofa. For the price I feel I just needs more attention to detail in some areas. Like I wish I had some access to some cleaner to wipe down after we ate. I did love the yard. I also wish all the TVs had remotes that worked. Overall nice place for a stay.
House was very clean and beautiful. The outside patio was perfect for enjoying the TV and firepit. The backyard was fully fenced in to keep the dog in the yard. The house was about 10 minutes from the stockyards and 40 minutes from Dallas. The host was very punctual in getting back to me when i had a question. I loved the shaded car port to park under to avoid the heat and rain. Overall, we will definitely be staying here again if it is available when we return to Ft Worth. The place is titled "step into paradise " fits it perfectly.
