Recently renovated, waterfront private house which consists of five bedrooms, 3400 sq ft of living space, room to comfortably sleep up to 18 people, a large deck with an intimate third-story deck both looking on to the beach, a walk out patio steps from the sand and water, all nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, away from the hustle & bustle of the busy city, but only a 10 minute drive in to Omaha. Perfect for swimming, fishing or catching some rays on the beach or cooling off in the lake on your floaties. The lake frontage will also provide the most beautiful sunsets, especially when set behind a waterfront fire pit blaze with your favorite beverage in hand. Private walking trails close by, game room, and more! The options to stay as busy or lazy as you want are endless.

This was a great house for our 4 generations girls getaway! We made many memories here in a short amount of time. The house lacked nothing and is great for all ages!

Great Place and Location!

14 family members stayed here over the Christmas holiday (2023). It was perfect! Beautiful place, comfortable beds, all the necessities provided to host a family gathering. Great communication with the hostess. Highly recommend!

Lake Time

We spent a whole day on the beach and in the water. Beach was great! Fire pit needed wood but pwe got wood in Papillion and some fire starter cubes and it worked great for roasting hot dogs and S’mores. We had 19 people in the house. Water toys, Mauai Mat, life jackets were available. Big kitchen. Plenty of TVs and beds for all.

Family Gathering

The property was spacious and we could not believe all the amenities that were provided. My family used this location as a home base as we were all from out of state and came to bury the ashes of our parents/grandparents. The host was very prompt and accommodating with all questions we had through email. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Wonderful stay!

Family vacation

The home was very nice and worked well for our family vacation. Nice sandy beach. Just a note we were unable to ride our paddleboards or personal kayaks- private lake that we did not know about when booking this. Disappointed with this.

Beautiful location. Good sized home that could use some work on the outside. The only issues on the inside was the master shower did not turn on . Be advised that you need your own streaming service to watch network television.

Loved it! Perfect!

The house was great! It was able to accommodate all of us to gathered in Omaha for a weeklong meeting. Loved the open concept kitchen/dinning! When you needed to have time to yourself you could go to your bedroom (which was on a separate floor) and could not hear a thing! You couldn’t even hear anything from those in the bedroom next to you! Each room had a tv which was awesome. Would definitely book again!!!!!!!

Omaha family reunion

This was the perfect house for us. It was my husband and me, and the families of our three daughters… eight adults and eight grandkids (ages four months to 13YO.) The kitchen was well equipped and large for multiple cooks, there was plenty of table spaces for meals, multiple gathering and play spaces, a great deck and patio, and the lake was great! The kids loved swimming. It could not have been more perfect and we plan to return.

Beautiful and relaxing

Beautiful, clean and modern home with a beach. Listing has been updated so that it is accurate. At my time of booking the lake was more available, however that changed. Kitchen is well stocked. A small hand mixer would be a nice addition as well as a couple containers with lids. Very close to the city, but when you are there you feel completely remote.
