Hello Chaynna, i am glad you enjoyed the stay. Out if the 20 messages between the host all of them were answered within 2 minute time frames. I apologize it wasnt faster but our contact number is also given and there were no calls or texts received. I would have been happy to respond via alternate methods.
House is comfortable, clean, and cute. Price is very reasonable. It was a great base location for our 3 days of rockhounding! We'll stay again if we visit the area!
House was amazingly clean. Hot tub was fabulous (could have been a bit warmer). Yard wasn't mowed so we didnt have access to the firepit. Other than that our stay was awesome, very quiet neighborhood we absolutely loved the hot tub, and the drive to places was easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.
The property has a nice kitchen and small dining area. The bed was very comfortable. Everthing was clean as far as carpets and bathroom and bedding. There was a good amount of dog fur on the couches but this comes with the territory of allowing dogs. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was too cold.

Thank you for the stay we hope yo have you back and enjoy a hot hotub!
The place was very nice. I really appreciated the Culligan water. It was nice to have the extra space over getting a hotel room. My only complaint, and not really a complaint, the air fresheners were overbearing. I was the only one who noticed. Obviously, not a bad thing, the scent was just really strong.
We really liked this house for our 3-day vacation. The rooms were all good-sized and there was plenty of room to spread out.
The only downside is that the place wasn't super clean. There was pet hair all over the couches and beds/blankets so it didn't feel very clean to us (as we don't own any indoor pets - perhaps if you did, this wouldn't bother you).
Otherwise it was a nice place!

Sorry about that, we do have the house professionally cleaned and have discussed and improved the issues.
The actual location is off the beaten path and the neighborhood entrance is not as appealing as some may desire but the property is located at the end of the road where the area appearance begins to improve and the house itself is ADORABLE and private. If you are not a local this entry may bother you, but as someone who is familiar with the area and has family there it was no issue to me.
The house had everything needed and is intently cared for. The only issue I experienced was that the hot tub cover kept blowing off and as a result, the hot tub never reached 90 degrees and was too cold to use. This was disappointing because I had family over for dinner and was planning to use it on the three nights of my stay - but it never increased in temperature over the entire stay. There is a tie strap but it doesn’t hold securely.
All in all - I will stay here again- it’s so roomy, has plenty of seats for family to sit and a large kitchen to host dinner. My grandmother is on hospice and it was nice for the family to be able to get away (in shifts) and come to a relaxed and comfortable space for some self care and good food!

Thank you Nichole for the stay and kind words. We have improved the strap and latch and as long as the cover is kept on the hot tub will maintain heat!
