Front deck with lake view & back deck for grilling. Stocked with luxury amenities to create a premium vacation experience! Waconia is a darling town with shopping, wineries, pubs, restaurants, salons, parks, golfing, public access beach and entertainment. Easy access to metro area. Very clean and set up for comfort.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, had wonderful extra amenities that made the stay extra comfortable, and the location was perfect. We couldn’t recommend this spot more and will certainly hope to stay again the next time we visit!

I highly recommend this lovely home if you find yourself in Waconia. All of the furniture is comfortable, views are beautiful, and the hosts have stocked the house with extras. You can walk all around the charming town- we had a wonderful stay.

This is our second visit with this property, the Lake Waconia Retreat. When we what in, we immediately felt like we were home again as the hosts are very friendly and accommodating. Found that there were a number of thoughtful updates which made the Retreat even cozier experience. It is, overall, extremely well equipped...from the kitchen, baths and laundry. We had an eyeglass emergency and were able to find a little eyeglass repair kit that did the trick. We we will return. Thank you Gail and Andy

We would like to introduce ourselves. We are Andy & Gail Haering. We have been real estate agents for a long time and brought our experience into the design & set up of this home. We love traveling, decorating , gardening, bicycling and relaxing with a good book. We are cooking enthusiasts. So we set up the kitchen with cookware, utensils, dishes and small appliances to make it fun to cook.
We love renting VRBOs when we travel and have put together what we would want in a home we rent in an effort to create a 5 star stay for our clients.

Waconia is a charming lake town with many fun amenities within blocks. We have comfortable beds, lots of nice kitchen equipment, super nice cookware & small appliances and well stocked supplies. Our beverage station is top notch. We have 4 fondue pots. The bathrooms have all the basics supplied. The home has soft water & great water pressure. We have a living room, family room & art studio. The home is stocked with games, books, yoga equipment, hand weights & more. Each bedroom has white noise machines & essential oil diffusers. There is a washer & dryer. We work hard to offer a very clean home for your stay.
