Western Ave Beauty, Free Private Park, Walk to PNC & Acrisure, Perfect Location

Imagine staying in a character-filled Victorian home on one of the North Side’s beautiful tree-lined streets, with the added charm of being just above Refucilo Winery. This unique Western Avenue stay offers guests a memorable Pittsburgh experience that blends historic character, walkable convenience, and a warm, inviting place to come home to after a day in the city.

The home features two comfortable bedrooms with one king bed and one queen bed, plus a queen pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space, making it a great fit for couples, families, friends, or small groups. Inside, guests can enjoy the charm and personality that only a historic Victorian home can offer, with details that give the space a cozy and distinctive feel rather than a typical standard rental.

One of the best parts of the stay is the location. Set on a picturesque, tree-lined street in Pittsburgh’s North Side, guests are close to Acrisure Stadium, PNC Park, restaurants, museums, downtown attractions, and the energy of the North Shore. Whether guests are in town for a Steelers game, a Pirates game, a concert, a weekend getaway, or simply to explore the city, this location makes it easy to enjoy it all.

And being above Refucilo Winery adds an extra layer of charm to the experience. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a welcoming wine bar just steps away, making it easy to unwind with a glass of wine without even leaving the property. Private parking is also available, with space suitable for midsize cars or one large SUV, giving guests added convenience in the city.

Whether your guests are visiting for fun, relaxation, or a special Pittsburgh experience, this Victorian home offers comfort, character, and a location that makes the stay feel truly special.

Really great location with a lot of fantastic restaurants within walkable distance. Niki Thai and Rocco’s were fantastic. The unit comfortably sleeps five. We had an issue with the lock to the house, but the hosts went above and beyond to help and make up for it.

Love this house for its charm and location! Easy walk to the stadiums, local eateries, and Aviary. The house was very comfortable. We were there during the extreme heatwave, but the AC units were able to keep the bedrooms and living areas cool! Communication was top notch. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Convenient location to city of Pgh and surrounding communities.

For us, this property sure beat booking 2 separate hotel rooms for our family. The property had plenty of charm and it was nice to see Western Avenue revitalized with restaurants nearby. Wish we had more time in the city!

The location was perfect for our wedding events on the North Shore. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The house was a beautiful brownstone like place, old exposed brick, lovely old fireplaces, original wood floors. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. Wonderful Stay

Very clean, great communication with the host, well stocked! The only negative is when we arrived it was 92 degrees and the A/C was not turned on so it took some time to cool down. Overall great location and the home is very spacious and comfortable. I recommend the downstairs winery, Wise County Cafe for breakfast, Nicky's thai restaurant for crab wontons and Peppi's has awesome sandwiches, all of these restaurants are right out the door.
