Guest never stepped foot in the cabin. She was a last second booking less than 2 days out, sent a message asking about being secluded because she needs to be away. But cancelled because she was single and nervous about being alone…. (Still not sure how she could leave a review without stepping food inside) we did however grant her a 100% refund.

WOW!! we are very sorry you had this experience! You called me about the door buttons not working, but then you got in the back door, but you NEVER let us know there was any other door issues. if you would have, we would have replaced the entire lock..or at least the batteries, but our message thread does not show any communication from you. Yes the AC drain plug got an obstruction, and our team came and helped clear within 15 minutes once we knew, as well as when you brought to our attention the grass was high by the fire-it. We had over 12 inches of rain in late april, and when you arrived, sadly the grass has been going crazy, as well as the ground had so much moisture it was tough to mow, but as you saw once you brought it to our attention, we had someone there in minutes and solved the problem.... Yes we had a Caterpillar come in this week to create a water feature.... and it was doing work in front of a Spaceship themed Container Cabin that we were using all of that metal for during the construction process... all of that construction, metal, and pipes etc. was gone by Friday night. You had our most popular cabin overlooking Oklahoma scenic waterway, with a hand made lighted tree over the bed. The cabin was clean, cool, and taken care of. Every issue you brought to us we fixed for you immediately... I really do not know what to say, we told you in our book, if you need anything, let us know, so we can fix it for you. In EVERY case, we did that so you would have a great stay. Sorry we missed the mark on your vacation.
