Huge covered deck with private fenced backyard. Outdoor bar opens to the kitchen. Perfect layout to gather with friends and family. Freshly renovated with new furnishings/appliances. Walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants, and The Brick Ballroom. Close to JBU and multiple parks. Easy access and plenty of parking.

Older home probably from the 30s that has been redone. Very nice. The first four or five steps of the staircase don't have railings so just have to watch that with toddlers which we had.
