Amazing location. Clean linens. The carpet in the condo was disgusting. Definitely needs to be replaced. The hosts were very responsive and helpful

Need to pay extra for parking. Everything was nice and close the only thing is waiting for the elevators. It took forever but overall the 2 bdrm condo was great. Only a 7 min walk to rogers center and CN tower and ripleys aquarium. Nice and clean too. Thanks for the hospitality.

Great Spot in Downtown

We stayed here for the Taylor Swift concert and it was a great location. Close to all the stadiums and just across the street from union station train station which connected us to anywhere in the city (and out - as we ended up taking the train to Niagara falls for the day). Overall great experience, the only downside is that it can be a little loud at night due to being in the heart of downtown, but if you're from the city, probably won't bother you.

The location was great

The location was top tier and the views of downtown were amazing; however, there were little things that downgraded this review. The outlets in both bathrooms didn’t work and was never fixed, the photos didn’t match the apartment listing and the check in and out process is horrible- we waited close to a half hour for someone to get us the keys to be allowed in at check in, and check out requires you to both use and return the keys almost simultaneously. The location was so good though and it is the perfect location for downtown concerts.

October 2024 Toronto Stay

Started off a bit shaky, the property owners did not provide the specific unit we reserved and the ones they offered up in exchange did not have the same # of beds. They cited a water leak in the original unit. Location, quality of space, cleanliness, and communication with property owner were all great. One annoying thing was that there was only 1 key, this made it difficult to go back to the apartment at night unless we all went together.

Great location

Great place to stay if you want to be close to sporting events/concerts. The lights in both bathrooms didn't work and this made it very difficult for my 88 year old father and two young children to manage. The property manager said the crew was going to fix it, but they never showed. A lot of money to shower in the dark, that should have been an easy fix, but they already had my money. So hear is your poor review.

Awful stay

Wasn’t the place advertised as the other reviews stated. Place was not clean which spans from hair in shower and sink to dust all over the floor. The towels were wet and not dry. They only gave us 1 key fob which didn’t work multiple times throughout the stay and caused numerous delays waiting for the landlord to come and fix it including once at 4am. Landlord only gave us a $100 dollar refund which should have been a lot more and no assistance at all from vrbo customer service either. This was an absolutely awful stay.

Great location

This is a great location. The room provided was different than the one shown in the listing, but it worked out fine. Our general concerns were the quality of the interior, the kitchen cabinets were delaminating, some of the furniture felt quite worn, all of the door handles were a different style, and many of the towel hooks and rods were loose. The check in process was good, and communication throughout was consistent and proactive. Overall we recommend this location and this host.

Ball game week in Toronto

The property was advertised with an easy check in and checkout process. The property had all of the things we needed for our stay and the host was super easy to get ahold of . We were in the city for 4 Blue Jays games and this is the perfect location for that or any other major sporting or concert event.

Nice stay

Great location. As others have said they do switch rooms up. You get the same amenities listed but not what is pictured. Great walking distance to everything and easy access to the train to get farther. Warning while we were there the building fire alarm went off twice and in talking to some that live there it is a regular occurrence. But the beds were good. Everything was clean. And the view was great!

Toronto Blue Jays Central

The check in was a little bumpy, we provided a 30-minute heads up before arriving but still then had to wait approx 25-30 minutes for a free agent. The apartment was very impersonal, could use better lighting.

Good downtown location

Excellent location and good to have a suite for space and breakfast. Prompt responses from host. The check-in process could be a bit smoother. The elevator area is crazy busy most of the time.

Overall this property was great. The issue we run into was the host put us in a different condo then what was advertised. We booked for a 1 1/2 bath but we’re left with 1. Having a different condo we also ended up without the island and bar stools in the kitchen as advertised while left with a smaller couch as well. After filing a complaint with VRBO about this the host has gone silent. I don’t recommend them and I will stick to hotels after this.
