The property was under construction which we were not aware of. The fitness center was closed and there was no air conditioning in the hallways and common spaces. The property back up to I-95 so you hear trucks and traffic all night. Our room was filthy dirty, wrappers on the floor, a dirty wash cloth in the closet, garbage under the sink area, and stains on the duvet cover. There were no hangers in the closet, nothing with drawers, no luggage rack, no hair dryer, no garbage can in the bathroom, and no do not disturb sign. When we raised our concerns nothing was done to remedy any if the problems and the property and VRBO host did not offer any compensation. The front desk staff was rude and we were charged twice as much as the normal rate because it was parents weekend. I would never stay here again.
