Two of the bathrooms are on suites and one is for the other two bedrooms fully equipped kitchen open floor plan multiple sitting areas whether you come to visit for work or play, this house can accommodate large groups.

The pictures made it seem nicer than it was. It was ok, but there seemed to be stains on a lot of the furniture, bed linens were not a matched set and kind of dirty looking. Just not what I was expecting from the photos.

Our group was large & the space provided was more than enough for our use. Host answered any and all questions promptly. Host also responded to needs quickly. Area of home was quiet with plenty of parking. A couple hiccups with a leaking fridge and semi working freezer. Cooked a couple meals in but opted to eat out more than expected. Need a fan for one of the larger rooms but otherwise a large space for large groups.

Nice Spot, Great Host!

The place was just as pictured, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. We had a nice stay with no issues. Steven was great to deal with and he communicated quickly and clearly whenever we had questions, which made everything super easy. Really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was! Loves the neighborhood too, it' family friendly and quiet.

Great for multiple families

Out-of-town family came together to celebrate a graduation. This was the perfect option to keep us all together, and the location is close to our Midland family. Nice property with everything we needed. So glad we found this place. Will return.

Didn’t stay at this house.

Owner notified me the original house wasn’t available. However, we were upgraded to a larger property and the owner clearly communicated these changes. I’d happily stay at one of his other properties in the future.

The highlight of this house is the huge open living/dining/kitchen area. Very spacious and comfortable. Nicely renovated property that is clean and well-appointed inside.

Very nice house and awesome host

House was amazing, we actually got upgraded to a bigger house because the people that were there asked to stay longer so host asked if we would mind a bigger house. Of course we didnt lol and it was apsolutely gorgeous. Host communication was wonderful and our stay was perfect. Cant recommend enough.

Not properly cleaned or stocked with supplies

This property has the potential to be beautiful, but it is not well maintained. The floors were dirty, there was almost no soap, towels or toilet paper. I contacted the property manager and he was quick to bring more supplies. The refrigerator was filthy, the dish washer was dirty, the coffee filter with old coffee grounds was still in the coffee machine. There was only one coffee mug for a house that was supposed to be for multiple families. We were very disappointed!!

Great Family Midland House in Great Neighborhood

We had my entire adult family (8 people) staying at the home and it was perfect. Each bedroom had two queen beds and great smart TVs. The kitchen and great room were very spacious. The property manager was outstanding. The neighborhood is very nice and good central location.

My wife and I had a great stay at this property. Everything was very clean and the check in process was super easy. This is a very roomy property and would be great for a large family.

Would not return or recommend

We arrived to find that the AC did not work properly during a week when the highs were near 110 degrees outside. We also found that there was no Wifi as advertised and it wasn’t going to get fixed until after we left. The issues continued from there. The home didn’t have a functioning fridge in the kitchen as advertised. The lock on the back door had been removed and there was just a hole in the door. One of the bathrooms had a leaking toilet. And the home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival! We swept up tons of dirt from every single room and found the bed linens were dirty, as well. Even though the owner addressed some issues, we had handy men & women in and out all weekend, and this home was definitely not what was advertised. When we requested a partial refund for all the issues and troubles, the owner said he could only give us a portion of what we thought was fair because he had to pay for the home repairs….horrible business he’s running here. When we looked into it afterwards, we found similar negative reviews on cleanliness on his other properties as well. We will be doing business with this owner in the future and we would not recommend this property.
