This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Newly Decorated Home with a Private Screened in Lanai Pool Area is located in a Quiet Neighborhood near the Caloosahatchee River.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and welcoming interior that includes a large kitchen, living, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you'll need to prepare meals during your stay. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of this home is the enclosed lanai, complete with a private pool. The lanai is the perfect spot to cool off on hot days or to simply relax and enjoy the beautiful South Fort Myers weather.
The home has three bedrooms, the master and queen bedrooms its own flat-screen TV and comfortable bedding. The master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a full bathroom.
