Upgraded Condo steps to the beach

Step into your dream vacation at Del Mar with our elegantly renovated and spacious condo, `Del Mar Dream`. Filled with natural light, this casual yet chic beach condo exudes a warm, inviting ambiance. Located merely a block away from the beautiful Del Mar beach, you`ll also find the charming Village of Del Mar and Cedros Design District within walking distance.

Among our recent renovations are a brand-new kitchen, fresh flooring and paint, a cozy fireplace, and a well-equipped laundry room. These thoughtful improvements culminate in a fantastic space for guests to gather and connect.

`Del Mar Dream` comfortably accommodates up to four adults, with extra space available on the sofa. An infant or toddler can be easily catered for with a pack-n-play. Both bathrooms come fully equipped with two sinks, while the luxurious master bath features a shower stall and the guest bath offers a shower/tub combination. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your gastronomic adventures, and we provide beach equipment to enhance your fun-filled days on the shore.

Nestled on the 2nd floor, this end unit offers a single-level layout within. An elevator (in addition to stairs) ensures effortless access.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entirety of the condo. I am readily available for any inquiries via text or phone, and as I reside in the building, I am always on hand to assist as needed.

The Beach Colony is a highly desirable area, cherished for its close proximity to the beach and easy strollability. The terrain is flat, making the area easily navigable for all ages.

Transportation options include private cars and Uber/Lyft services, although many attractions are within walking distance.
If traveling with 5th or 6th person, sleeping would be on the couch or in a pack-n-play. You can double up in the full size beds, but it would be tight for adults.
Costa del Rey is a smoke free property. If you do smoke, please do so off property and dispose of your cigarettes properly.
If you are traveling with a dog, please clean up their waste and dispose of in trash bins.

Would definitely stay here again. Terrific sandy beach for walking and for our granddaughter to play in was across the street. Very safe area, and quiet at night.

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed staying in Gina's condo. The location is great. It was clean and comfy. It was just my dog and me and a friend who stayed with me one night. It was so great, I already booked it for next summer. :)

Excellent beach experience

Condo's location is exceptional. 27th street Del Mar is my favorite beach. Easy walk to beach, Fletcher cove, Brigantine restaurant and walking trails around San Dieguito Lagoon.

Restful Stay

The condo was a wonderful getaway for a few days. Very nicely decorated and a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and a very easy walk to the beach. Gina was a great host and let us have an early check in and late check out. We will be back.

Lovely Del Mar condo

We enjoyed this beautifully decorated condo across the street from the beach. It has everything we needed in the kitchen & the sitting area had a very comfy couch. We enjoyed taking morning beach walks & watching evening sunsets.

Christmas in beautiful Del Mar

This property was perfect for our needs. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We walked to the beach in about 3 minutes and a longer walk took us to the main tourist area of Del Mar. We would definitely go back.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Beach Colony due to the great access to the beach. It is 1 block, flat and easy to go back and forth to the condo. We also walk into town for dinner and up to Solana Beach is an easy walk as well. With Dog Beach so close, it's great if you are traveling with you furry friend!

What makes this property unique

We are the most affordable vacation rental in the area! It is very nicely furnished and maintained.
