Historic YMCA Building in the heart of Downtown Winston-Salem Theater District. Steps from 4th Street Restaurants, Hanesbrands Theater and the Stevens Center. All of downtown within walking distance. 



One Bedroom, one and a half Bathrooms. Office with pull out Sleeper Sofa.  Queen Anne's Revenge is on the 4th floor of a 5 story building accessed by elevator from 2nd floor main entrance or 1st floor side entrance.  Free parking with validation in parking lot directly across the street.

Excellent place to stay

I stayed here with friends who came for my graduation ceremonies at Wake Forest University. It’s a perfect downtown location and so clean and accommodating.

Great Stay!

This place is AMAZING! It's *private* and all maybe 30 steps ffrom Great food downtown! You can also walk to the Art District from here! Jeff is quick to respond and even has a cool booklett of possible hang outs while in WS. 15/10 would stay again!

Creative decoration and great location

Only good things to say. Really enjoyed my time here. Perfect location close to restaurants and coffee shops. The Queen Anne Revenge theme is really fun. There's a metal scuba helmet!

Great stay in Winston-Salem!

We really enjoyed our stay in Winston-Salem. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a great location and within walking distance of many different coffee shops, restaurant and bars. The host was fantastic and very attentive. Parking is just across the street for very easy access. Building is secure and very quiet. We would stay here again. Had a great stay!

Beautiful apartment

A beautiful, clean apartment, friendly and flexible property manager. This weekend was very loud (cars, motorbikes) at night, so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Everything else was perfect!

A respite and a treat

Knowing nothing about the city, I was thrilled with the location of this charming apartment. We left our town temporarily after Helene, and it was great to park the car and walk to all the coffee shops and restaurants. The host made it easy to arrive; the info and keys we needed were right where he said. The decor and arrangements are accurate reflected by the photos in the listing. We stayed a week, worked remotely, and felt pleased with the stay.

The apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was perfect for my wife and I as far as size and comfort. It is located very close to the main part of downtown Winston Salem so most places are within walking distance. We did have a problem getting into the front door when we first arrived as the 4 digit call did not work. A person who lives there let us in and said this happens all the time.

Nicely appointed apartment

It was really fun to stay in downtown Winston- Salem. We enjoyed being on the 4th floor of a historic building. Had a little difficulty with the locks, but nothing a Google search couldn’t fix. Also, trash pick up is loud and on Monday mornings about 6-8am. Not sure if it happens any other times during the week. You’ll need to take out your trash and start the dishwasher before you leave, but that is about it! Very easy check out procedures. Would like to stay regularly as we visit family!

Central Downtown

If you need to be in the heart of downtown this is a great location. The building is older with a slow elevator, but it is very secure with two street exits. The condo is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. You can hear street noises but that comes with being in downtown. There are lots of restaurants and stores nearby including a grocery/provision market. We came for the Gears & Guitars festival/bike race and found this to be an ideal location. We parked in front of the building & never had to move our car. I would highly recommend this spot for a weekend in Winston Salem!

Maritime Themed Apartment celebrating Nautical North Carolina! There is a 55 Inch LCD TV in Living Room with a media center. Stereo Receiver and turntable with lots of records. Office/Guest Room has a desk with desk chair and 32 Inch LCD TV/Monitor and full size fold out sofa bed.
