Close to Salem College, WSSU, greenways and tennis courts for your enjoyment! The condo also has a pull out couch to host more guests- a designated work space and full functioning kitchen. Able to provide meal services. Secured parking and building. Please reach out if there are any special accommodations you may need that aren't listed.

This is a safe neighborhood - located in the same parking lot as the SOA dorms and a doctors office. It’s right across the street from a weekly farmers market and a locally owned souls food restaurant, District 925. The condo is also surrounded by a nice greenway and tennis courts. The local police department gas station is within two minutes so you have a strong police presence and sense of security.

This condo is spacious and has beautiful hardwood floors. It’s located in a building with a wine restaurant at the bottom! Quiet building with private neighbors. Centrally located to all hospitals and schools in the area.
