This one bedroom condo located in the same parking lot as the NCSOA dorms and right across the street from the Farmers Market is in the heart of Winston Salem. Close to Salem College, WSSU, greenways and tennis courts for your enjoyment! The condo also has a pull out couch to host more guests- a designated work space and full functioning kitchen. Able to provide meal services. Secured parking and building. Please reach out if there are any special accommodations you may need that aren't listed.

Perfect condo in Winston-Salem!

We had a great weekend at this condo! Easy parking and check-in, very clean, comfy bed, and a location that can’t be beat. We could walk to Old Salem and UNCSA, plus a few coffee shops and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

great alternative to hotel stay for WFU parents

We enjoyed our stay--the condo had everything we needed and Aundra was very responsive to our needs and questions. The location was a little different than what the app shows initially before booking; it's actually south of downtown, but still a short, easy 15 min. drive to visit our son at Wake Forest Univ. The charming Farmers Market across the street on Saturday was a delightful surprise.

Check in info

I was given wrong check in info by someone at VRBO. They should be fired. When we got to property, code we were given would not work. I tried to contact owner through VRBO and was given 10 numbers but none worked. It was hours before we could get inside. Owner finally gave me correct code which I should have had first. Poor management. I plan to stay in hotels from now on. I have one reserved in December which will be my last.

This is a safe neighborhood - located in the same parking lot as the SOA dorms and a doctors office. It’s right across the street from a weekly farmers market and a locally owned souls food restaurant, District 925. The condo is also surrounded by a nice greenway and tennis courts. The local police department gas station is within two minutes so you have a strong police presence and sense of security.

This condo is spacious and has beautiful hardwood floors. It’s located in a building with a wine restaurant at the bottom! Quiet building with private neighbors. Centrally located to all hospitals and schools in the area.
