We had such a nice stay here! Host communication was good, and the space was so adorable. It is small but was just fine for my needs and was very clean, charming, and nicely appointed. Safe neighborhood, not far from shopping/restaurants/etc

Quiet Getaway

Andreia was a fantastic host! Her place was very comfortable and beautiful! Very clean and wonderfully decorated! Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Orange County!

Just right for me

Clean and comfortable, a bit small, but ideal for a single or an intimate couple. Host was great, met all my requirements. Would definitely stay again!

This studio was even better than advertised. Attention to detail was excellent and quality of craftsmanship was superb. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom has everything you could need, Private, quiet and minutes away from South Coast and other shopping make this a perfect location to experience the best of beaches, food, and nearby attractions. I will definitely stay here again and Andrea is an excellent host!

OC Fair trip

We came to visit friends and family. Went to the fair being able to walk from the vrbo was really nice. We went whale watching in Newport Beach had a great time. Everything was close by. If you plan on cooking meals there is no oven or microwave just a heads up it didn’t really bother us.

Heidi, yes we do have a microwave the toast and oven is there but if you want the microwave, it just request us and we can change the toaster oven for a microwave. Just a heads up.,

Beautiful Bungalow & Great SoCal Location

The host Andreia went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The studio was beautiful decorated and had a lovely smell and was very comfortable. She even left a snack gift basket welcoming us. This is a prime location if you want beach time, great food or shopping galore. On top of all that her property has gorgeous flora. The garden designing reminds me of being at a resort. There is a table and chairs right outside the studio to relax, eat and enjoy the scenery. It's just a fantastic stay whatever your plans may include. Oh and bonus to me her dogs are super sweet and cute!

Perfect little place for us to crash at night while immersed in the weekend of birthday festivities (including a long day at Disneyland!) for our 3-year-old grandson. Andreia has created a lovely urban oasis - with a beautiful garden setting (where I’ve enjoyed drinking the morning coffee she provided), super-comfy bed with lovely linens, well-outfitted kitchenette (with snacks, water, coffee pods, useful/needed utensils, & mini-refrigerator), gorgeous designer bathroom (very compact - but well-appointed, stocked, & decorated - with roomy shower & amenities), and extras like cozy bathrobes & blackout curtains. Andreia is a lovely host - it was a delight to meet her when we arrived (with warm welcome & hugs, even!) This is the perfect spot for us - an and when we visit our kids in OC). Will eagerly look forward to returning!Note to couples: bed is accessed from one side (plus the foot of the bed), due to compact space…but this didn’t pose much difficulty for us. As an early bird, it was easy for me to quietly slip out to the peaceful patio to read my Bible and watch the birds & squirrel in the mornings.

Perfect place to stay for 1-2 people! The space was clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely return!
