Never again!

We arrived after 9 pm in the dark. We had trouble accessing the house. We were provided with 2 different codes. As soon as we walked in my husband trip over a nail/screw in the floor bed. The house was sweltering. Air had not been turned on. The kitchen was barely functional. One of my kids slept on couch because there was no air conditioning in his room. I ended up sleeping in a recline chair as the bed in the room that my husband and I stayed had a huge divet. It was completely uninhabitable. To top it off in the daylight when we left to attend our tournament, there was trash littered in the front yard. I would not recommend this listing.

Only positive is location

Only stay here if you are ok with AC window units that operate sub-par. They should at least be paired with a dehumidifier, because clothes that I left on my bed (which I will get to in a minute) were wet when I came back hours later. All AC is also very loud, Intrusive and DIRTY vents! The BED in what I think was the master had a huge hole in it. I called VRBO and told them it felt like a mattress had been pulled from a dumpster and had covers put on it. Completely unacceptable, but Because there were 5 of us, one of us had to TRY to sleep on it. The house had an immediate musty smell as soon as we walked in the door. The kitchen garbage pail looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was so gross that we used paper bags from what little grocery’s we brought rather than get grossed out every time we threw something out. I called VRBO at 3 am and sent them pictures and videos and they told me none of these things were worthy of a refund and offered me only 100$ in discount! Finally, the entrance code on the initial email was wrong and we had to call them to get entrance, at which time they informed me I had the wrong code! Only stay here if you don’t mind staying in the worst off campus dorm style living. We had a wedding to attend, And couldn’t wait to get out of this house.
