This was a good stay for me and worked perfectly being close to the people I was visiting. I walked to a few nearby restaurants and it was clean. Host was very responsive, thanks!

It was good. Got a little warm in the living room and the door to the bathroom is hard to handle. But we had a good stay and Jose was very responsive to our issues. Very cute and convenient. Would stay again.

It was absolutely filthy, mouse droppings everywhere and couch and carpet were stained and not vacuumed for a long time! I would not recommend this as not just dirty but a health safety issue. Host would not reimburse so a very dishonest person as well.

the place was nice. It was kinda difficult to find the building but when we did, it was easy to get in and out. One thing I disliked was that the bathroom door was broken so we couldn’t shut it all the way in the door knob was broken as well, but besides that everything was perfectly fine

Great place for my trip to PGA Championship! Well furnished and super clean. Easy to get in and out and overall a great place.

The air conditioning was broke. There was one towel and one pillow. The sheets and blanket were unclean and not washed. I would not get into the apartment and texted the owner with no answer back. I was finally able to find the instructions under parking to get into the apartment. There was no communication at all. I flew onto town for a wedding and had no we're also to go since I already paid for this place. I request fill refund. This place is a scam.

Looks exactly like the pictures! Very quiet neighborhood. Nice to have some parking(I hate street parking lol). I had some questions and he responded in a timely manner! I would love to book again.

Cozy spot

Jose was very quick to respond to my questions. The property was comfortable and had any amenities I could ask for (though the Internet was down at the time of my stay.) Neighborhood is near some great spots, too. Place is well-furnished.

Fantastic stay!

Jose was truly a great host. Very attentive with fast replies to any questions I had. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. My boyfriend really enjoyed all the little touches, including the coffee bar that is set up by the host. The off street gated parking is a valuable asset to this city location. SO nice not to have to worry about finding parking. Definitely would stay again.

I love the house and everything about it me and my wife had an amazing time there but it was in a not so good neighborhood on the last night my car was robbed and they took up to 600 dollars worth of stuff other than that it was good

First time in Rochester

Jose was great from the start. He replied to all of my questions thoroughly and made the check in and check out process very easy. The cleanliness of the apartment, beautiful light, cozy decor, and parking lot alongside of the building were perfect. The apartment is in walking distance to tapas 177- an absolute gem of a restaurant. Overall the location was perfect for driving to all of Rochester’s destinations and my nieces house in East Rochester. We had a wonderful long weekend!

Secure Downtown Building perfect for 2

I liked the building. It doesn't look like a residential building. Even with it being right in the middle of downtown. It's location is a quiet street on most nights. The private parking area was nice amenity. Checking in was very easy with clear instructions and locks being controlled by codes. Because there is no Elevator and apts begin on level 2. Consider your ability to climb up and down. The stay was comfortable. A/c window unit, ceiling fan and heat all helped. Bathroom door hinge is getting loose which makes opening and closing the door tough...other than that no complaints. It was clean enough to see someone takes care of it. Also well stocked with utensils and dishware. Thanks

Filthy Bed

Overall we were fine with the small apartment until we came back at night. There was no top sheet and when l checked the bed I noticed many pubic hairs all over the bottom and only sheet. I’ve never had an experience like this. It was late at night and there was no place else to go. I also noticed a pile of hair and dust behind the bathroom door and crumbs in the kitchen drawers. If you’re ok with filth then go ahead and book. We wish we could give negative stars.

Nancy I cannot believe you did not bring any of this up to me, if I experienced anything like this and felt this way I wouldn’t care what time it was I would have notified the owner. If this was true I would have accepted this error and solved the issue immediately, but again you never brought this up to me! I take very good pride of our apartments and have. A professional cleaning crew that takes good care of the unit.

Difficult to find!

The property was very difficult to find! Entering the building using the code given worked fine, but going to 2nd floor and trying to locate apt. 3 when I only saw 1 and 10 was a bit scary. Also, no top sheet on bed (had to find a place to purchase new sheets myself); only 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth per person for a 4 night stay?! Not enough. Had to purchase my own towels too. LOUD air conditioner in bedroom blowing right on our heads, LOUD drag racing on street outside between midnight and 1:30 a.m.

False Advertisement, Terrible Experience

I do not recommend this unit at all. The entire stay was full of stress and resulted in physical health issues. The unit advertises that it has air conditioning which is not true. The only AC is a tiny window unit in the bedroom that is not even rated for the size of the room. It was on full blast the entire week and the unit never dropped below 83 due to the intense heat wave. The host was contacted numerous times for support with this and didn't follow through on any actionable support, or didn't respond at all when told the unit sounded like it might break. Being in the unit caused me to develop heat exhaustion I am still recovering from. I couldn't even stay for the full week booked because it was so bad I had to leave early. In addition to the horrid temperature issues, numerous appliances did not work, there were extensive damages throughout the unit, and it was very messy with hair and dust upon arrival. There was insufficient, if any, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, washcloths, and towels left for a week long stay, despite these being clearly stated as provided in the listing. The bed is terrible quality, was painful to lay on, and didn't have sufficient linens. After checking out, I received a $300 bill from the host because their electronic lock malfunctioned and the hair and dust that was present when I arrived was blamed on me. The host was no help with any of these issues. Save yourself the stress and money, do not book here!!

Hi Ashley, I’m sorry you feel this was and I tried helping you in the situation which we have never received any complaints like yours. Only issue you brought up to my attention was the apartment wasn’t cold enough for you but when I arrived and checked the unit temp was at 67 with air on. How much colder you needed it ? Thank you for leaving your concerns here and not speak to me directly about them. Yes the $300 bill wasn’t only because you left the apartment unlocked the day you checked out which was the same day you planned on checking out :) and you left cat litter and pet hair all over the apartment yuck ! In the description states no pets. Take care :)
