Guest H4U - Póvoa Summer is located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift access.

This fully renovated 100m² flat offers a spacious and comfortable stay. It features three bedrooms with double beds (140x190), a shared bathroom with a large Italian shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a service bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have their own private balcony.

The living room includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a sofa bed, allowing the flat to accommodate up to seven guests. The TV has direct access to Netflix for your entertainment.

The open-plan kitchen and living area create a bright and inviting space, perfect for socializing and spending time together. The living room opens onto a furnished, east-facing terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential kitchen utensils.

The flat features bright and airy balconies, ideal for enjoying a coffee or unwinding at the end of the day.

Fresh bed linen will be provided for your stay.

For your convenience, we offer access to one private parking space in a garage for just 10€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located only 2 minutes on foot (approximately 140 m) from the property.

Check-in: 16:00–19:00 (free); 19:00–20:30 (€15); 20:30–22:00 (€25); 22:00–23:00 (€50); after 23:00 (from €50) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Parking - 10€ per day (subject to availability and prior request), located only 2 minutes on foot (approximately 140 m) from the property.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (10 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Pets are not allowed.

Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week. Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.

Heating: - In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €15/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
