New holiday home with fireside, central heating, palm trees and pool

The peacefully situated holiday home was finished in January, 2005. Perhaps you are the first person who will enjoy the new built finca? The finca is situated near the picturesque village Archez down to the Sierra de Tejeda with its more than 2000 m high mountain Maroma. All the same you can comfortably reach the beach and the Mediterranean Sea in about 25 minutes by car. You will feel very comfortable on the generous sunny or shady terraces. A fountain, a barbecue and a pool provide a relaxed atmosphere. To save you and your car an often long and uncomfortable journey, an asphalted road brings you directly to the door of the house. You can comfortably reach the Sierra Nevada on a day tour with its highest mountain, the Mulhacen (3477 m) or Granada with its mosque Alhambra. Aside from long sidewalks in the neighbourhood, bicycle and mountain bike tours, you can also choose between lots of sports like golf, tennis and diving.
Note: A deposit of 300 € must be paid in addition to the rental fee upon arrival in cash. No fees for final cleaning.

Very nice house

The entrance to the object is a little bit difficult to Drive and the path is narrow but the object is very nice. The owner is very supportiv and friendly.

Peaceful

Spent 11 nights here and it really is a place to relax. Quiet, secluded and private. Fantastic view. Heinz is very friendly and helpful. The house is of a good standard and there is definitely no shortage of televisions. Excursion to Competa for a tapas lunch in the square is recommended. Canillas de Albaida is also worth a visit.

Lovely Finca, with stunning views

Spacious and comfortable Finca with the most amazing views! Fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. The location is very rural, so consider this before booking, for us it was perfect, we got to completely relax and switch off for the whole 2 weeks. The gardens are well maintained and very pretty. The hosts were lovely, came to clean the pool and water the plants a few times during our stay but always informed us when they were coming and went about their business without impossing at all. Highlight of the holiday for my daughter was Heinz taking her out on one of his horses, so thank you again for that Heinz, it was a great experience for her, one she really enjoyed. If we ever decide to visit Andalucia again, this will be the first place we look for accomodation, the only dissapointment of the holiday was having to leave.

Zuerst mal allerliebste GrĂŒĂŸe an Heinz und Wolfgang, zwei liebenswerte Menschen. Sie kommen alle 3-4 Tage und kĂŒmmern sich um die BewĂ€sserung der Pflanzen und sind fĂŒr ein GesprĂ€ch immer offen. Die Finca liegt in einer grĂŒnen Oase,wunderschön! Zum wohl fĂŒhlen und entspannen. Die KĂŒchenausstattung, haben wir so noch nie erlebt, alles erdenkliche vorhanden. Alle RĂ€ume klimatisiert und sauber. Der Pool, schön tief, bietet eine schöne AbkĂŒhlung . In der Umgebung gibt es hervorragende Restaurants. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und das Dorf Competa.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und TagesausflĂŒge nach Nerja, Malaga und Ronda waren fĂŒr uns mit dem Auto kein Problem. Es waren wunderschöne 12 Tage und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wiederNochmals Liebe GrĂŒĂŸeCordula und Hermann

Ein grĂŒnes Refugium

etwas abgelegen bei kuverreicher Anfahrt. Zweimal vorbeigefahren; ein kleines Hinweisschild wĂ€re hilfreich.Die Zufahrt ist recht steil und kostet etwas ĂŒberwindung bis zur Routine. Die finca ist hervorragend ausgestattet und landschaftlich wunderbar eigebettet. Reichlich Steckdosen und gute Internetverbindung. Wolfgang und Heinz sind liebenswerte Vermieter! Die Kommunikation war hervorragend. GrĂ¶ĂŸere EinkĂ€ufe sollte man in KĂŒstennĂ€he (Lidl u. Aldi z B.) erledigen. In Competa und Archez kann man auch einiges besorgen Der Garten ist großartig angelegt. Vogelgezwitscher hat uns tĂ€glich begleitet.Im Garten gab es einiges zu erkunden und zu naschen. Malerisch gelegende weiße Dörfer waren in der Umgebung zu genießen. Alles in Allem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Domizil. Danke nochmals an Wolfgang und Heinz fĂŒr die schöne Zeit!

Ruhige Lage, tolle Aussicht und sehr gute Ausstattung

Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Alles ist wie beschrieben. Besonders genossen haben wir Pool und Whirlpool.Heinz war sehr bemĂŒht um uns. Er hat unserer Tochter sogar ermöglicht mit ihm und seinen Pferden auszureiten. Das war ein wirklich außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Noch einmal vielen Dank dafĂŒr.Bis zum Meer, oder grĂ¶ĂŸeren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, muss man zwar ungefĂ€hr 30 Minuten fahren, aber das ist nun mal der Preis fĂŒr die tolle Lage in den Bergen und die Ruhe. Außerdem weiß man das ja vorher, wenn man sich die Anzeige aufmerksam ansieht.Also alles bestens und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Monate genossen und unser Paradies gefundenDas Haus ist sehr komfortabel, es hat alles, was man braucht. Ich hatte noch nie eine so top eingerichtete KĂŒche in einem Ferienhaus! Der Garten ist wunderschön, komplett eingezĂ€untUnd der Whirlpool hat abends zum entspannen beigetragen. Der Pool ist sehr schön, im Februar /MĂ€rz haben wir aber den Whirlpool vorgezogenDas Haus lĂ€sst sich perfekt mit einem PelletofeWir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! n heizen, völlig unkompliziert! Die Umgebung lĂ€dt zu schönen Wanderungen und AusflĂŒgen ein. Das Meer ist in 30 Minuten erreichbarNatĂŒrlich ist die Strasse kurvig, aber das stellt ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem dar! Wer die Ruhe liebt aber dennoch schnell im Trubel sein möchte, liegt hier völlig richtigEinkaufen kann man gut in Competa, 15 Min entfernt, oder am Meer in diversen SupermĂ€rktenAuch vom Haus aus kann man gut auf einen Hundespaziergang gehen und in der NĂ€he hat man X Möglichkeiten die mit dem Auto erreichbar sindHeinz und Wolfgang sind immer da, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat, man wird rundum super betreutDas Reiten habe ich sehhhhhr genossen, ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals! Schöner Ort fĂŒr eine erholsame Auszeit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Ein toller Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist wunderschön und es gibt ĂŒberall was zu entdecken. Bei der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Heinz und Wolfgang sind sehr gut Gastgeber und waren stets erreichbar.

Finca mit schönem Garten

Anfahrt sehr kurvig und doch lĂ€nger als gedacht zum Strand und Einkauf. Also etwas abgelegen. Gartenanlage und Pool schön. Liegen dĂŒrften erneuert werden. Check in und Anliegen vor Ort klappte sehr gut. FĂŒr uns waren die TV in jedem Zimmer ĂŒberflĂŒssig und im Elternschlafzimmer war er im Kleiderschrank, was die eine HĂ€lfte einnahm.

Ruhiger Urlaub unter Palmen

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist sehr abgelegen und ruhig, aber so wollten wir das auch. Die Anfahrt ist sehr abenteuerlich, es empfiehlt sich WIRKLICH ein GelĂ€ndewagen/SUV! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alle Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Der Garten ist schön und der Ausblick ein Traum! Heinz ist ein super Gastgeber, „einchecken“ war nach Absprache möglich, bei Problemen und Fragen war er sofort zur Stelle! Pool und Whirlpool sind sauber und gepflegt. Die nĂ€chstgelegenen StĂ€dte sind Árchez und CĂłmpeta, sie sind 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und bieten kleinere SupermĂ€rkte, Restaurants, einen Souvenirladen und eine Eisdiele. Die Fahrt ist auch hier teilweise abenteuerlich, aber machbar :) Die Menschen hier sind generell sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist fast ĂŒberall sehr gut in den Lokalen!

Ja nun, wo fĂ€ngt man an? Haus tip top. Wirkt in kleinster Weise abgewohnt, so wie man selbst. Deshalb kann man sich dieses Urteil erlauben. Ausstattung: alles da. GrundstĂŒck: wunderschöner Blick auf die nĂ€here Umgebung. Man bekommt den Eindruck, das ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Sieht aber nur so aus. Pool: immer frisch. DafĂŒr wird Sorge getragen. Grillen geht auch. Haben wir nicht genutzt. Gassi gehen nur eingeschrĂ€nkt möglich in zwei Richtungen gelang des Weges. Gesamtbewertung: 1 mit Sternchen. Das Sternchen fĂŒr die zugewandte Betreuung.

Le repos avant tout

Belle maison avec un jardin magnifique et un propriĂ©taire super sympa 
Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines trĂšs agrĂ©ables dans cette villa trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e , bien climatisĂ©e , avec une wifi performante.et du linge de maison Ă  foison ..Pour ĂȘtre parfaitement objectif, je dois dire que certains matĂ©riels auraient besoin d’ĂȘtre rĂ©novĂ©s , la Piscine surtout, le jacuzzi et le mobilier de jardin qui a bien vĂ©cu , ensuite nous avons dĂ» payer un supplĂ©ment (60 € ) pour l’utilisation de l’électricitĂ© ce qui n’était pas inscrit dans l’annonce ( l’électricitĂ© a due augmenter comme chez nous ).. L’emplacement est loin de tout, cela ne nous dĂ©rangeait pas ( on aime le calme des montagnes ) mais pour ceux qui veulent bouger Ă  la plage il faut compter plus de 35 mn de routes trĂšs sinueuses 😬 .. Je recommande cette location pour la beautĂ© du site , le calme et la sympathie des propriĂ©taires avec une mention pour leur chien Luna 😉

Splendide ! Merveilleux

nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bon moment dans cette belle maison. La maison est trĂšs propre, grande, la piscine est trĂšs belle et je ne parle mĂȘme du jaccuzi, elle est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e tout le nĂ©cessaire y est pour cuisiner. Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses dont une est une chambre parentale avec douche, et climatisĂ©s Le propriĂ©taire Heinz est d’une bienveillance et d’une gentillesse incroyable. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillis Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. (MĂȘme avant l’heure) Je recommande cette maison Ă  100%. Vous serez au calme entourĂ© d’un magnifique jardin trĂšs bien entretenu et d’une vue exceptionnelle sur la montagne / vallĂ©e. Et le soir venu vous pourrez admirer le ciel Ă©toilĂ©. C’était vraiment top merci Heinz 👌😊

Wonderful stay

We fully enjoyed our long holidays in this holiday home. After a rather breathtaking trip across the mountain roads we were welcomed to a well-maintained holiday home by the two caring hosts. The location may be a bit tricky because of the narrow roads but peace and quiet and an undisturbed view have a price. Thank you Heinz and Wolfgang, for giving us the chance to stay in your precious home in its lush garden.

Schöne Lage, gepflegtes Haus

Ich bin mit meiner Frau und unseren drei Hunden Ende Juni/Anfang Juli fĂŒr 13 Tage vor Ort gewesen. Heinz und Wolfgang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Haus ist gepflegt und das GrundstĂŒck typisch spanisch mit Palmen und Kakteen bewachsen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, und das auch definitiv in mehr als ausreichender Menge. Wir haben den Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und können nur jeden, der Ruhe und Erholung sucht, dieses Haus empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Heinz und Wolfgang. GrĂŒĂŸt Luna von uns :)

Idealer Ort fĂŒr eine Auszeit

Vielen Dank fĂŒr einen erholsamen Urlaub-Abseits von Corona. Wir konnten schöne Wanderungen unternehmen und möchten uns auch nochmal Bedanken , dass Heinz uns mit seinen Pferden zu einem schönen Ausritt mitgenommen hat. Wenn Fragen aufkamen war der Vermieter erreichbar und hat uns weitergeholfen. Durch den Whirlpool waren auch die 2 Regentage gut zu ĂŒberbrĂŒcken. Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte und einem kurvige Strassen ( zum Meer) nichts ausmachen, die Natur liebt, ist man hier richtig Nochmal vielen Dank. Petra und Volker

Toller Urlaub in der Natur

Der Urlaub in der Finca hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt mit Heinz war immer zuverlĂ€ssig und Absprachen waren leicht zu treffen. Die Finca selbst hat eine tolle Lage. Die KĂŒche ist super ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Das gesamte GrundstĂŒck ist sehr liebevoll mit vielen Pflanzen angelegt. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in der Finca.

Horrible acceso

La casa en general estĂĄ bien, no muy limpia a pesar de cobrar la limpieza. La televisiĂłn sin canales españoles, solo alemanes e ingles. Toda la documentaciĂłn en la casa estaba en alemĂĄn. El responsable de la casa no hablaba español. ÂĄSe les olvida que estamos de vacaciones en ESPAÑA! Lugar tranquilo pero accesos y carreteras horribles, obliga practicamente a no salir de noche.

Auszeit aus dem stressigen Alltag? Dann sind Sie hier richtig!

Das schöne Haus mit Pool und Whirlpool liegt auf ca 450 mtr höhe. Die nĂ€chste Ortschaft ist ArchĂ©z 1,8 km entfernt. Es stört Ihnen keinen. Trotz herrliche ruhige Lage haben Sie Deutsches Fernsehen in alle Zimmer und einen sehr guten W-Lan empfang. Hier können Sie kraft tanken. Ankunft: Der EigentĂŒmer/Vermieter ist nett und sehr sympathisch. Er hat auf uns oben an der Straße gewartet bis wir da waren und uns gut eingewiesen. Wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefĂŒhlt. Alle ca. 3 Tagen kommt er und sieht nach dem Pool unsw. Er fragt via Whats-App vorher ob es passt. Sehr gut! Wir waren 3 Wochen da und es war einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Un Ă©crin de calme merveilleux

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans un jardin d'Eden fabuleux. Le jardin a bien grandi depuis les photos, vous passerez un séjour caché dans un écrin de verdure en profitant de la piscine et du jacuzzi. Heinz et Wolfgang sont des hÎtes trÚs gentils et trÚs discrets. Un séjour parfait, en espérant revenir un jour.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in toller Umgebung, die Finca ist wirkl.wunderschön gelegen... der Blick in die Berge 😍 ist einfach fantastisch. Die Finca selbst ist auch sehr schön und das GrundstĂŒck ist sehr liebevoll angelegt. Auf Anfragen reagiert der Vermieter wirkl.sehr schnell. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂ€ren gern noch lĂ€nger geblieben.
