Excellent Service!

We have rented multiple places in Ana Maria Island over the years. This was our first time with. Seabreeze Vacations. Their staff was very thorough and communicative. The fact that a golf cart was included, was a real seller for us with the kids. It was very convenient to have it already there and not have to worry about pick up or drop off. The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed our week in Anna Maria Island.

We cannot speak highly enough about this property and host. We loved the backyard pool area! The golf cart was a huge hit. This house came with everything to make our beach days so smooth i causing multiple beach chairs, sun umbrellas and a wagon. 10 out of 10 house.

Perfect for sunsets!

Very cute inviting property. Loved having our own private pool and dock on the canal. Perfect for sunsets. So close to shops, restaurants and the ocean. The golf cart was a major perk. Lots of outdoor space for entertaining.

Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend renting a property through Seabreeze Vacations. They were amazing to work with before, during and after our stay on Anna Maria Island. They immediately answered any questions we had and they were great to work with. We have rented many times through different management companies and Seabreeze Vacations by far has been the best to work with.

Great place!

Simpatico is a lovely tropical property with an Old Florida feel - the outdoor space and the dock are fantastic for relaxing and even fishing. Great quiet location but close by all the action on Pine St, the Bay and Gulf.

Wonderful Tropical Pool Home

Beautiful area and fantastic tropical pool home! We had a wonderful time! Nice dock and under the home was a great hangout area. Host and Sea Breeze was very accommodating. There was even a wonderful golf cart included! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at simpatico. It was a beautiful house with plenty of space inside and out. The kids and adults both had tons of fun. The golf cart that came with the rental was a blast as well. We enjoyed having that to go around the island and the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you for such a great experience with Seabreeze rentals we will be back again.

The property was exactly as pictured with all the beach necessities included. It was very clean and the golf cart was a huge plus! However the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool, COLD! They said they called the pool company to come and look and had to order a part but it wouldn’t arrive until we had to leave which is disappointing because everyone was looking forward to using that of an evening. But overall a good place to stay.

Great location

The house was clean. Need to improve outdoor living space underneath the home. Also very short on dishes and glasses. There needs to be a welcome book explaining garbage days, how to work the hot tub, etc.

Super Responsive Hosts

The location was great and the golf cart was a huge plus. The house was the perfect size for two couples. The pool was really nice and newer looking. We did have maintenance stop by because the pool wasn't operating correctly but they were able to assist. The hosts were super responsive. We enjoyed our stay at AMI

Charming Older Property

An older property, with a newly added 3 rd bedroom, and pool. nice location . Pebbles round the pool instead of paving, spoil the pool area. There were some problems with the electrics on the pool so the heating wasn't working properly, but we still enjoyed it.The downstairs bar area needs renovation, A nice cool place to sit though. Overall a nice stay

Excellent Stay!

The rental was super clean! The pool was amazing and had enough foliage that it was very private. The house is located on a canal and we were able to get kayaks delivered to the house for a day of exploring. It was a little challenging getting into and out of the water, but we were happy to have the experience available to us. We even saw manatees when kayaking through other channels. We took a girls trip and the rental was just what we were looking for. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the backyard oasis. Would definitely recommend the stay. The kitchen was stocked with essentials for cooking, but did not have any salt/pepper so make sure you bring your own of things like that. Included golf cart was convenient for our group of six and got us everywhere we needed to go.
