Most of our stay was good overall. However, on Thursday, the day we checked in, we discovered that the shower drain in the hallway bathroom was clogged. I contacted management immediately to let them know, and they said they would send someone over to address it and that we did not need to be present.Unfortunately, the drain was still clogged on Friday. By Saturday, when the issue had still not been resolved, I called management again. I was told that someone had already come by and “fixed” the drain. I explained that this could not have been the case and sent pictures showing that the drain was still completely clogged. I was then told that someone would come by the following day, but no one ever did.A clogged shower drain is certainly not the biggest issue in the world, but it was frustrating to repeatedly deal with it throughout our stay. Having to stand in dirty, standing water while trying to take a shower is unpleasant, especially after the issue had been reported immediately and multiple times. More than the inconvenience itself, it was disappointing that the problem was never actually resolved despite several attempts to get it addressed.

Communication with management was the best I have ever had with any. High recommend! Room was great. Cozy and clean. Well stocked with what was needed .Will definitely be back. This is one of our favorite condos to visit and this management company was awesome

Family Spring Break March 3024

The condo was darling and had plenty of room. The kitchen was very well equipped too. There was a security guard named Laurie that was very aggressive in her duties and made several of the guests very uncomfortable; often when only a minor “infraction” had occurred. The complex had families and no one was rowdy or ill behaved. The other security guards were generally delightful and beach chair staff did a great job.
