Great family getaway

Our large family gathering had a great time at this property. The pool and outdoor amenities were the star of the stay. The indoor layout was perfect for movie nights and family dinners. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Family Vacation

The home is as advertised. Our family of 13 with ages ranging from 5 - 65 years old had an amazing time. We found it difficult to stay on a schedule we planned of day trips to Disney, Universal etc because we didn't want to leave. This house has everything you need. Mark was great to deal with. We would (and probably will) book this house again in heart beat.

Guests and family always comment on how relaxing and beautiful our property is so we decided to open up our home to a few renters. We love helping families and guests have a great experience.

Why they chose this property

This neighbourhood is at the very end of Hillcrest Parkway and is next to an equestrian and high end ranch neighborhood. We feel very secluded on this gated 1.5 acre estate but we are just 5 minutes from the 5 freeway. All of the neighbouring homes are seclued, gated, private and on 1.5+ acres.

What makes this property unique

This home is nestled in the rolling hills of Santa Clarita Valley and just 45 minutes from the beaches Ventura and Malibu. This home is fully gated and private with a huge pool, custom grotto with TV, basketball court, ping pong area, BBQ and lots of room for events and games.
