About this property

Newly remodeled home w pool/spa

Family style home with 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a smaller sized guest room/office downstairs, and 3 car driveway.

The children's bedroom has a hand painted mural, full size bed with twin trundle. (swings will be removed for safety)

The back yard contains a pool with 3 waterfalls, large sized spa, firepit with surrounding couches, extendable dinning table with umbrella, and trampoline. *NO POOL FENCE! NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFETY*

Some closets, cupboards, and garage will be off limits.
The space
3 miles from Six Flags Magic Mountain and Hurricane Harbor. William S Hart Park and Placerita Nature Center are close by. 19 miles from Burbank airport and 32 miles from LAX. 26 miles from Santa Monica Pier.
Guest access
Some closets, including the master closet, garage and some kitchen cabinets will not accessible.
Other things to note
This is our home, not a rental property. We lost our son recently (unexpectedly, NOT in the home) and have since felt like empty nesters but do not want to sell. Please be kind, respectful and responsible with our home. :)

Amazing getaway in Stevenson Ranch

My family and I just finished an incredible week in Crystal's home. Not only did we receive first class, prompt communication from Crystal (including "how to" videos!), the house and backyard/pool/spa were clean, beautiful, and ready to be enjoyed from the moment we arrived. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Beautiful home and great location

This property was perfect for our needs and the home is beautiful. The host was also excellent and very responsive. The stove was a little difficult to work and we weren’t able to broil the way we usually do, but the burners and baking otherwise worked fine. I would also recommend more pictures of the bedrooms since a number of the bedrooms aren’t pictured in the listing.Overall, we had a great time with our family and the home was great. Thank you Crystal for being so easy to work with.
