Memory making birthday!

What Wonderful memories were made at this home away from home. Three 10 year olds confiscated the game area with bunk beds and had a blast. "Home" was wonderfully equipt, clean, spacious, and perfect for three families! Host even left a special gift for our ten year old to celebrate "smores" were a hit. Swim area easy access. We will be back!

Lake House Living

Good sized property, located near Lake Texoma and Tanglewood Resort. House is newly renovated and in great condition, we were able to host three families in the house. We rented a boat, did some fishing, visited a beachfront and watched fireworks. A great 4th of July spot.

We loved the house. We highly enjoy family bonding over some competitive card games, or corn hole. We appreciate the games, and corn hole set up! The kids loved the downstairs gameroom, and our daughter loved the Kids Korner. We especially appreciated the surprise desert you guys left us in the freezer. We had an overall amazing time, and want to thank y'all for helping to facilitate that for our family.

Great Thanksgiving!

Property was great. Lots of fun things for the kids to do and the lake was only a short walk away. We had a wonderful time with our family for Thanksgiving. Had one little plumbing hick up, but when we contacted the owner, he sent the property manager out immediately to assess the problem. Plumber was there shortly afterward and resolved the problem very quickly. This was the most well stocked house we have ever rented. Lots of little extras. Owners answered our texts very promptly whenever we had questions. Would highly recommend.

We've spent many holidays and family gatherings on Lake Texoma and love fishing for Striper there - we hope you will too while enjoying our Lake rental property.

Why they chose this property

We love the charm of Tanglewood on Lake Texoma - the fresh air; the rolling hills, and large Oak tree surroundings. A short walk through the neighborhood will take you to the Tanglewood hotel & resort, and a little further walk will take you to Highport Marina. This property backs up to Corps of Engineer's land and a short walk (800 ft) thru the backyard gate (nature trail) will take you to the Texoma shoreline.

Dine in or out. A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with new stainless steel appliances; a large kitchen island, and a spacious dining area to enjoy your meals. Meals can also be served outdoors on the elevated deck and there is a propane bbq grill downstairs for outdoor cooking. The firepit In the backyard is fun to gather around with family and friends for SMORES - plus plenty of yard space to play outdoor games.

What makes this property unique

Modern farmhouse style in the coveted Tanglewood Resort area - This home was fully renovated in 2023 with all flooring, walls, built-in seating, fixtures, ceiling fans and kitchen/kitchen appliances updated. Large elevated deck for outdoor gatherings; nice open kitchen and living area for indoor gatherings. 3 large flat screen televisions (ROKU), with 1 in the main living area. Large gameroom/bedroom downstairs that's perfect for a Kids retreat ;) - video games, large flat screen ROKU TV (playstation ready), Shuffle board table and more so all can have a great time. PLUS - a Kids Kave full of glow in the dark sea creatures, Dinosaurs and the Tanglewood Hideaway Galaxy :)
