Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
They cancel our booking few days before the trip although there was down payment being held for almost a month without having the courtesy to contact us. Tried to reach out the host but there was no response from their side.. poor communication, very rude attitude never think of taking the risk and deal with them
