Welcome to our mid-century ranch home that we affectionately
call "The Pig". Newly renovated with a mid-century feel. It has 4 bedrooms. The three on the main level including an owner suite with king size bed, one with a queen size bed and one with a full size bed. Downstairs there is an open suite with two twin beds and a futon. There are two full baths, one with a large shower and one with a soaking tub/shower combo. A fully equipped 1950's kitchen, dining room with seating for six, and living room with two large couches and a small ‘gossip bench’. Plus, a Penn State themed rec room complete with ping pong table and dart board. Located in Lemont at the base of Mount Nittany and within 3 miles of beaver stadium, and less than 1.5 miles to many great local restaurants.
