Welcome to "CASAEMELINA-PUERTOESCONDIDO". We have installed the super fast new STARLINK INTERNET TECHNOLOGIE !!
A unique luxury oceanfront estate in the middle of a pacific paradise. 20km natural white sand beach only for you. The house was completed in 2014 and permanently maintained. We just changed all mattresses, bathroom equipment, the entire Palapa roof. We have perfect water quality from a deep well. The house has a huge master and 5 luxury guest rooms with 2 king size beds (2.4 meter x 1.8 meter each), an additional TV-room and three separated houses for the service area. The big master bedroom has 200sqmeter with an ocean view terrace. The estate is built in a mexican style with german quality and has a fantastic cool and fresh palapa roof surrounded by a large green garden with lakes. All bedrooms with A / C. Big living room connected to the terrace and the 25m x 7m competition overflow pool with two lanes. The dining room is for up to 14 persons as well connected to the terrace. Total living area is 1500sqmeter ( 16000sqfeet ). The property has a staff of 7-9 people. housekeeper, chef, gardener, service, poolman and watchman. The house is 12km outside of the famous surfing paradise of Puerto Escondido direction to Mazunte and Huatulco (south-east). This is the best place for an individual holiday to relax, to do sport, to meet mexican culture and people to enjoy best food and everything else what you always missed in the past. You will see whales, delphins, seaturtles and jumping mantarays directly in front of the villa. To protect nature and environment only some private villas are build here. Hotels and resorts are not allowed to build. The tranquility all around is fantastic. The famous culture city of Oaxaca is very close ( 160km ) and to reach with a little plane from Puerto Escondido in 35min and in 2024 at the new highway in 2h.
The weather is great 12 month a year. From november to may its sunny everyday with 30-32 degrees. From june to october it is also very sunny with 33-34 degrees. The watertemperatur of the ocean and the pool is about 30 degrees the entire year. The Estate is surrounded by a beautiful garden with gras and palm trees. Next Airport: Puerto Escondido 15km, Huatulco 65km
Many People from around the world arriving here in past years to buy their own beachfront property. Its one of the very last beachfront nature paradises where you can have an oceanfront house. We rent to one single group only. We never mix different clients at the same time. We do not let the house for events and parties.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation from Christmas to New Years at Casa Emelina from the minute we stepped onto the property. The staff greeted us upon arrival with cold drinks. We were a large group made up of grandkids, parents and grandparents and everyone enjoyed themselves. Highlights were the beach, pool, staff and food. The beach has really nice sand and you can walk/jog for miles seeing only a few fisherman. It is very quiet without any hotels or developments nearby. Be aware that the sea is quite rough, but our family loved the waves, which were fun to play in but not good for surfing. For a quieter swim the pool was ideal. The staff were so kind and accommodating and the chef made excellent meals. I highly recommend this place if you want to unplug and enjoy a gorgeous beach and comfortable accommodations. Also, the owner was excellent and very helpful before the trip with recommending transportation et al. While at the house the owner's rep was always free to assist. We hope to go back again sometime.

I´m at a loss for words

As you have 5 fantastic rooms with oceanview, we all could see whales swimming and dolphins jumping from our big beds. Dear Verena, your house and your staff are fantastic. What your architect created is a palace in the nature. Thank you soooo much for the wonderful time at casa emelina.

Her effort and assistance in planning our stay at Casa Emelina and my daughters wedding was exemplary. I truly don't think one thing could have been planned or made any better. Everything was perfect right down to the last detail!! The food, the mariachi group, the cake, the service, the flowers, etc. all were superb! A Birthday Paradise

I want to write you and personally thank you for the vision and creative energy you invested into Casa Emelina. The initial dirt road entry had me a little concerned, but the moment we arrived at the property we felt like we were on a movie set. I don’t want to overstate the experience, and I’m not sure I can, but please indulge me here in my compliments to you, your staff and the home. There were 15 of us in total and not once did we feel crowded. I thought there would be a rush for the best rooms but this wasn’t the case. Each room was spectacular in its own right. However, since it was my birthday I was awarded the master suite and here I am at a loss for words. Suffice it to say that I have stayed in fine resorts all over the world and this was truly my favorite. The layout, openness and “tree-house” feeling of the home is such that we had all the privacy we needed while still enjoying a range of communal areas for card games, Happy Hours, yoga classes, dancing, dining, swimming and on and on. And that doesn’t even include the ocean just a few yards away. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and we took full advantage of the big waves and many long walks. The sunsets were spectacular. And your staff was excellent. From their fine tropical drinks to the fantastic meals and surprise birthday cakes, these workers didn’t miss a beat. The home was always clean and well kept and we soon got to know each staff member personally. By the time we left they all felt like family. Also, Kia arranged excellent transportation for us to take side trips. One afternoon we traveled to Agua Blanca where we swam in the surf and enjoyed fresh oysters, cold beer and coconut drinks under the palm trees and cabanas of this sleepy beach hamlet. It was divine! In closing, I’m always suspect when I read these types of over-complementary reviews. However, I have no profit in this other than to honestly tell you that you have created a paradise that made my birthday as rich and wonderful as I could possibly have imagined. We all hope to be back soon!

Best place oceanfront we´ve ever been

This villa is the most beautiful villa my family and i have ever seen. We had a magnificent and luxury holiday with the best meals-thanks to the great chef. Fresh fish from the ocean and the excellent fish soup and also the exclusive service at the villa are hard to find. The rooms are equipped with comfortable, oversized beds and top equipped bathrooms, which all 7 also have a bidet. The master room is an own luxury private level of the villa in the second floor with a fantastic ocean view. The swimming pool is really 25 meters long, which is a great feeling and so nice to swim longer. We will come back soon. Dream holidays at luxury villa Casa Emelina

Our stay at Casa Emelina was the greatest holiday we ever had. From the first day on, when we arrived with our family and kids, we felt like in real paradise. After a very warm welcome of the mexican staff and a delightful lunch, we started to understand where we arrived. The huge house by itself with its unique architecture and elegant mexican design and the 25 meter half olympic pool are already outstanding in Puerto Escondido. But when you go down 10 steps to the endless white sandy beach and are surrounded by pelicanos, turtels, dolphins, mantas and whales, you know that is hardly to find anywhere else in the world. Thanks to the hearty people of Casa Emelina, the exceptional kitchen and the always warm and sunny climate, we had a unforgetable 10days holiday which enjoyed as well the youngest and the oldest member of our family. this was an unforgettable experience, the house, the staff, the food, beautiful olympic sized pool, three delicious meals each day, words cannot describe the excellent efficiency of casa emelina. georgina and joanna took care of every detail including our transportation needs, local activities, i cannot wait to visit again. casa emelina was even better than the pictures on the website, the beds and pillows were fabulous, everything first class.
