This was a beautiful beachfront condo with incredible ocean views. Everything is updated and the beds are very comfortable. Super clean and quiet as well. Parking is easy to find. This is a great location for walking and getting to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

This place is AMAZING!!! Everything about it was great! The view! It was perfectly clean! The amount of space in the condo is awesome. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, beautiful balcony overlooking the most blue water we have ever seen. Location is also PERFECT- Close to everything. So many things to go do and see near-by. Beach access is easy- right out the door and you are there! The pools were so well kept! We had a rental car and parking is easy and right on the property. I can't say enough good about this condo- we will 100% be staying here again if we go back to this area. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

Beautiful and clean

We had an amazing time at this property! Everything was as described, clean, and the bed’s incredibly comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The views were absolutely breathtaking and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony to enjoy coffee or wine. The staff made check in so easy and were kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Pool is closed

Pool is closed which we were not aware of until we checked in. It was very inconvenient since we have 2 under 20 months. The property provided no information prior to check in about the other pools to use and I had to call multiple numbers to get an answer. There was no map or property information provided for our stay until I asked for it. The coffee maker continued to say it needed to be cleaned. The view is beautiful. Condo is nice. We made the most of our stay. Just wish for better communication!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this gulf front condo! The minute you wake up you see the gulf and the beach through the large windows. Condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Access to beach and pool is quick and easy. Great parking also.We love eating at Stinky’s Fish Camp in Santa Rosa Beach, The Red Bar in Grayton Beach, and Roberto’s Pizza at Baytown Wharf in Miramar Beach. For breakfast you won’t want to miss The Donut Hole in Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation!

Beachside Two

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was fantastic. The Property Management company was extremely unhelpful. Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. There is no check in/out early. The Sandestin advertises the ability to use the tram system rather than having to rent a car but there was no place to check bags so you get stuck having to carry them around with you when you get there and leave which was very impractical with golf clubs.

Nice location but okay...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and view were excellent! However, we had frequent power outages and had to reset the breaker multiple times. The fixtures were problematic, with the sink and toilet paper holder falling apart during use. The fridge didn't close properly, and there were limited cooking utensils, so we had to make do with what was available. Despite these issues, the proximity to the beach made it convenient, especially with kids. Overall, the location made up for the drawbacks.

Water issues

We have been staying at the facility since 2013 and this was the worst experience ever. For the 7 days that we were there we were without water 6 of the seven days. Would wake up to no water call a complain then water would come back on in about an hour or so. We would go to the beach come back up in the evening to shower an go eat only to find we had no water again. Every time we would call they would blame it on the HOA and that’s not exceptable Not having water to wash or flush the toilets is a huge sanitary issue. Nobody really seemed to be concerned with it when we would call. We were not the only unit without water. I spoke to several guests a they were just as unhappy a dissatisfied as us. I will never recommend this place to anyone again a will probably never stay there again.

We are so sorry to hear that the water supply negatively impacted your overall experience during your visit. The water supply issues were due to a precautionary measure taken by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Their sensors detected moisture, prompting them to temporarily shut off the water to prevent property damage. While this was done to protect the property, we sincerely apologize that it caused disruption during your stay, and we are actively working with the HOA to improve communication and minimize such inconveniences in the future. Despite the circumstances, we hope that you were able to enjoy your time at the beach and engage in other activities around the area.

Broke dryer for entire trip!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful but we were very unsatisfied with Vacation Haven. We reported our dryer being broken the day we checked in because we were coming straight from a weekend trip in Maryland to see my son so we had to do a load upon our arrival. We were not told it was broken so at this point we had a load of wet close that we had to hang around the unit. They sent someone out to fix it however he was unable to fix it. So we rented a condo so we could wash and dry out clothes there were plenty of other units we could have picked. To “handle” the situation, Vacation Haven gave us a $100 credit for our troubles. Very unacceptable.
