The pathing was terrible we had 2 parking passes but one is at the building ( Hope you.don’t have a big suv they are tiny parking spaces) and the other one was across the road if you could find one. 2 of the bedroom lights didn’t work. The furniture looked dirty and felt dirty. The pans you mostly use were so scratched up every thing stuck.there was trash behind my bed the door did shut unless pushed it hard and pulled hard something looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in along timeThat’s all I can remember right now

Elevators were fast, never had to wait for one. Check in process was very easy and the condo was nice and calm. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Pool was also very clean!

This condo was spacious, but had some down falls.*lots of items not provided in kitchen*lack of bedding for bunk room and 1 of the king suites(no comforters)*no dust pan or broom*no doormat to keep sand from being tracked in*trunk for beach things was full of broken misc items...all needs thrown away.

5 Stars!Our recent stay at the Ocean Ritz in Panama City Beach was amazing! The view from the unit was absolutely breathtaking—truly the highlight of our trip. The condo was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping it well equipped. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Real Nice!

If you’re talking 8-10 people this is the spot , real nice size balcony, the views are beautiful. Like having bathrooms in all of the bedrooms. Location is great had a good time and would do it again.

Under the beds looked like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was a lot of sand and some leftover trash. The showers had mold in them and the the base of the shower doors need replaced in 2 bathrooms. Our toilets ran continuously for 2 days. We had to call someone out to fix them twice. The second guy actually fixed them and replaced one toilet completely. The humidifier leaked all in the bathroom. So the gentleman unplugged it because it was not draining properly. I requested blankets because the sofa bed didn’t have any. But never received any. We made this unit work but it was a long 9 days to say the least. The price per night is too high for this kind of unit.

We had a great time. The condo was perfect for us. We hung out at the pool and the beach, walked to several eating places, and made time for some shopping. We especially enjoyed seeing all the motorcycles attending Thunder Beach and the practice day for the Air Show!

Lots of room

Our condo was great size for the 9 of us. Plenty of rooms, and bathrooms. The condo building itself was not too big. The wait time of the elevator was next to no wait, and they were super fast. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The room was great, the pool was only 4ft deep and kind of small, not a big deal since we come for the ocean. The parking garage is awful, hard to park and turn around, it was honestly terrifying. Other than that it was an amazing stay. We parked in the pay to park across the street because the parking gaarage was so hard to navigate. Its probably fine for a small car but an suv or van, forget about it.

The vacation we will all remember!

Loved the location, layout of the condo and the beautiful view from the two master bedrooms that open onto the most wonderful balcony ever! It was huge! Our family dined, played games and had devotional times here while enjoying a wonderful breeze and spectacular view! Management was quickly responsive to needs! Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles and extended parking in back fills quickly. Would definitely stay here again and again and again! Loved the Ocean Ritz!

The balcony was amazing. Beautiful view. The condo itself left alot to be desired. It was not cleaned properly, no door shelves in fridge. Floors were filthy. You could not walk 10ft without having black feet. Bathrooms, we had to scrub them. Linens and pillows on beds were terrible. I went and bought pillows. I will never consider this property again.

2023 PCB vacay

The property was in a good location! The property owner was very responsive to our issues! Overall we had a great time! The condo was as big as they described and the balcony view was perfect. I did suggest to the owners a good spring cleaning needed to happen as there were multiple items that were below average on the cleaning scale! Again, they have been very responsive and I am sure they will make it right for the next renters!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the best ever! Magnificent view. Short distance to beach. The condo was really nice, clean, and comfortable. The deck was huge. The only negative was the weather and double red flags for a couple of days. Nothing anyone could do about that. Would gladly stay there again.
