About this property

Resurrection Peaks Lodge. Lower unit, sleeps 8. Private lot and close to town.

We have an amazing 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home, brand new construction. This is new for the 2024 season! Kitchen, fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Keurig and slow drip coffee makers. Pods, beans and coffee grounds are provided. Gourmet cookware, and fully stocked spice rack. Cozy living room with cathedral ceilings. Soft leather couches and large flat screen tv, along with DVD player. Games such as chess, checkers, and Trivia Pursuit. 3 queen beds and two twin beds. Quality linens provided. All 3 queen rooms have flat screen TVs. Two large bathrooms with double vanities are accompanied with fluffy towels, soap, shampoos, and hair dryers. One half bathroom. Outside you will find a covered patio with a new gas grill and out-door seating. Plenty of room to gather outside and out of the rain. Ample room to hang wet gear. From the Alaskan artwork throughout the house, to the cabin like feel, we hope to bring a bit of Alaskan experience in-to your travels. We would love to host you. This was one of the best host/properties we have ever stayed at. The space was perfect for our family of 6 with lots of space for everyone to spread out and felt a bit like a spa with plush bedding and towels. Great communication from the host prior to arrival, day of and post departure. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Seward.

This was great location for our stay in Seward. It was just a five minute drive from town, providing easy access to all of the restaurants and trip operators we needed to connect with. The home was tastefully decorated and wonderfully stocked for cooking, which we did virtually every night. The host were responsive and helpful.

This is a lovely home! Plenty of room for our group of eight to spread. It's very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and everything you might need in the kitchen. Todd & Sarah were kind and very accommodating when we arrived a little earlier than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Every detail was thought of. The most well equipped rental we have ever stayed at. The artwork and the view from the kitchen were so beautiful. Sarah was a wonderful host! She went above and beyond assisting us during our stay. We actually stayed in this lower unit our first night and moved to the upper unit the second night (neither unit was available two consecutive nights). We were very grateful that she was happy to relocate our luggage and cold items to the new unit. Though there were people staying in the other unit, the entrances are separated enough that we never heard them at all. The unit is extremely clean, the kitchen is well-supplied, and the location is centrally located. You won't be disappointed
