Great hosts! They were very responsive to questions. The property is very clean. Sleep is a priority for me, I was a little concerned there are not blackout curtains but the area is dark and quiet at night! Beds are a little squeaky. Pool is great for relaxing. We would stay here again.

To be completely honest with you, those place isn't ready to host guests: the cleaning was poor, the sofa and a chair were broken, and you failed to provide information about the complex's pool was closed There were check-in issues, and I would have had to pay 30 to use the gym; I travel with my family often, and this was one of the worst trips we've ever had. I have a lot of photos of this

We’re sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We were not aware that the resort pool would be closed during your stay, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been, especially when traveling with your family. Unfortunately, the resort controls the availability of those amenities, but we wish we had known so we could have communicated it to you ahead of time. Regarding the gym, access is part of the resort amenities fee that guests pay when entering and using the resort facilities. It is not a separate fee that we charge for using the gym. We’re also sorry about the check-in issues and the concerns you had with the home. We appreciate you bringing them to our attention and will make sure they are addressed.

Brandon was and Nicole were wonderful hosts both before and during our stay. They were very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The house was exceptionally clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private pool was perfect for our party of six, although we weren’t all using it at the same time. It was also nice to have access to the community pool as another option. The home is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood and was a reasonable drive to the parks and other attractions. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others visiting the area.

This condo was perfect for our family. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed having the private pool. The beds were comfortable and the cable was amazing. Check-in was easy and the owners were quick to answer questions and address issues. We appreciated that the condo was very clean. The new clubhouse was nice, offering games and food/drinks poolside.

Everything was great. The hosts are amazing. The only thing (which is our fault) we left a LuLu jacket behind, returned 30 minutes later and it was gone. No reflection on the house or hosts, just double check every thing before you leave :)
