Three-seaters Sofa-bed, so you can sleep 3 (persons) comfortably or a maximum sleeps 4 (persons) tightly. Please let the host know as there is a small fee for extra guests).

Guest access
Full private access to Ivy guest house, garden bench and coffee garden table, located behind the guest house at the end of the footpath.
Other things to note
On check-out please turn off all sockets and electric devices, including lights, and heaters.

Please remember to turn off the water by turning the tap off.
