2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

Great location, host was attentive and responded quickly, it was very clean. Parking was difficult to find. No guarantee there is an opening, the kitchen sink is also your bathroom sink so you are brushing your teeth in the kitchen and there is not a full kitchen. There is an induction burner but very little room to cook anything complicated.

Awesome location! Within walking distance to a lot of really great restaurants, stores, and the beach! It was perfect for just two of us. A few things need some minor maintenance (the hand towel rack was not fully secured and the screen door came off at one point) but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. It was so easy to deal with Jacina. Jacina was wonderful. I had previously stayed with Knutson. Some of the people at Knutson are not flexible or easy to work with. Great location!! Walking distance to everything you need! The room was nice and worked fine for one person. There is no bathroom sink - the kitchen sink is used for both spaces which would be very challenging with another person. No dresser to put clothes away and no nightstands by the bed for charging phones. Great for a solo spot!

We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!
