Kapalua Ridge Villas 1612 provides plenty of space for you and your family and friends to enjoy throughout your stay. The Kapalua Ridge Villas is located near three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. Kapalua Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise. We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were a party of five and enjoyed having the three full bathrooms. The view is wonderful as it over looks the ocean. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook meals. We loved having a washer and dryer as we were at the beach everyday. It was close to great snorkeling, restaurant's and trails. Beds and pillows were to our liking. We needed a few more supplies while we were there which we received after a quick text. Very nice neighborhood with very nice pools. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Maui Bliss

What a wonderful condo in our favorite Kapalua area. We have stayed in Kapalua many times and this was the best location and condo by far. It was extremely spacious, well decorated/appointed, updated beautifully, and felt homey. The view is spectacular from the lanai and bedrooms and we enjoyed having multiple bathrooms. While the layout is funky, it feels like two separate wings which is great for a family or two couples. Highly recommend for the price and space

Seasoned Kapalua visitors, and this unit is now our favorite!

We have stayed at the bay, ridge and golf villas for the last fifteen years or so. This unit is now our favorite. Nicely remodeled, great views, and small touches from the hosts that make the stay even easier and more convenient, like the beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. Super clean and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Love this condo!

What a gorgeous unit! So nicely updated. The kitchen and bathroom counters are really great colors. The bathrooms I would love to have in my home! The views of the Ocean and bays are amazing. Had a wonderful day at the Montage Spa and great dinner at Banyan Tree at the Ritz. Love the Kapalua/Napili area.

Amazing stay in Maui

We had the best, most amazing stay in Maui EVER! This condo is gorgeous with stunning ocean views from every room and lanai. The decor was fresh with really nice furniture and all the comforts of home including a large soaking tub. There are really nice beaches close by and great walking trails without the large crowds like other popular tourist destinations on the island. The place was clean and quiet and it was so nice to stay at a place with a good AC unit. To top it off it’s all one level and only a few steps away from the carport so no hauling luggage up and down stairs. The check-in was easy, no keys and we received texts to make sure we had everything we needed. This place is great, located right across from the Ritz and the Bay golf course. We will definitely be back and are looking forward to another relaxing and restorative vacation here.

The view was superb and the villa excellent. The beds were comfortable and furniture very nice. Our only complaint was the television situation. The lr television wasn’t really working when we got there so we asked about it they ran us through hoops to fix it and it wasn’t working I finally got annoyed the 2 nd day and told them to send someone. They did and they fixed it. The mbrm tv only streams tv and you have to sign in with your accounts to get it to work. I have NO patience for this when you are charging as much as you charge and transferring ALL Vrbo fees to us, the tvs need to work and the apps need to be signed into. We complained but got no where!! Otherwise everything else was fine and we weren’t needing TVs except late in the evening.

A Great Getaway for New Years

We stayed at the Kapalua Condo for New Years. The unit was great, amazing views, stocked with everything that we needed and was easy to get around Kapalua - lots of great walking options. They did guarantee that each member would have their own beach chair, however we were short one in the unit. Also some of the drains, drained a bit slow. No issue was enough to report and our stay wasn't that long, but the host was very communicative. Great overall experience. Something to note, right before we arrived, Kapalua stopped doing their free shuttle service and getting ubers was very difficult while we were there. The free shuttle was a main reason we chose the Kapalua area. Upon departure, we all discussed that we would stay in the unit again.

Kapalua Vacation

The property itself was very good. The location is highly desirable within walking distance of beaches, pool, restaurants, golf, and Ritz Carlton. Kapalua shuttle service is available to take you within resort spots. The communication and support provided by property management is lacking. We reported on 1st full day of stay that bathroom shower didnt have hot water. They asked me to troubleshoot which shouldn’t be asked of guests. Ultimately, we were told hot water couldn’t be addressed until after our stay concluded. We had access to 2 of 3 bathrooms. We didn’t get what we paid for.
